When the old man is away - - Hispanic People Come First! I've been going here for several years and was always treated like first class. Not this time - I had three people jump in line ahead of me while I was there waiting to get my lock fixed. Two Latina and an older Hispanic male , In the end - the employee was Still helping out the older guy while I was waiting there for about an Hour and 1/2 when I finally decided I'd had enough. .. I wanted to speak with the employee about my lock but he was on the phone so I told the older Hispanic customer that , " I Was There First! " and he started laughing at me.. so I picked up my half-way finished repaired lock and left there. This is Not good customer service , especially when the shady employee just blows me off to help out his own kind without telling me Anything ! read more

And rude when I politely told him I would pass on his services since I could get them far less expensive from another place, which is absolutely the truth. Based on other reviews here seems like he was trying to get me, but not this time. Tried to charge me $45 to cut one non transponder ignition key. He also was considerate enough to let me know that the previous repair shop did not replace the ignition switch as they claimed; they only repaired it. Around noon on Tuesday I need a new key made so I found this place on Google... the guy sounded OK on the phone but when I got down to his little shady Shack he had a couple Creepers out front like they were making side deals behind the bosses back. They must not have given him what he wanted because he took his extremely rude attitude into the office to talk to us. I began to tell him the situation and what we needed done and he put his hand up in my face like as if what I was saying was not important. Rather than slapping him around like what he deserved I took my business elsewhere and I suggest you all do too. I doubt this guy was Jack the owner of the company because he never would be successful with that type of rudeness I hope Jack reads this so he could act accordingly with his employees. read more

Nothing like your local locksmith to come through where others failed needed a new patio key made went to Lowe's and Home Depot and twice I could not get the keys to work so I'm away to complain to Lowe's I saw a local locksmith on the corner somehow I missed, I was greeted by a friendly locksmith you help me out I told him of my concerns regarding the key he told me that if I had any problems just bring the lock to him and he would fix it the key work where the other two places failed if I need my keys to be duplicated from now on I will just go to my local locksmith this is a great place an awesome service read more

Chose this place because it was close to my business, and I needed to have some keys made (by numbers and manufacturer) for ancient file cabinets with missing keys. The guys were very patient and able to research and get me the right keys for 3 of 4. Arnoldo came out for the 4th which was locked and I thought was a goner- but amazingly he opened and perfectly re-keyed on the spot! This place may be fine for simple key duplication but that's it. I made an appointment to have locks re-keyed at my home. The first appointment was for a Monday morning and no one showed up, no one bothered to call to cancel. I tried calling several times but the phone went to voicemail that no one responded to. When I went to the shop they had my information pinned to a board but never bothered to call and cancel the appointment, they just never came. I went back to the shop and made another appointment for Tuesday evening and again they never came or called to cancel. Clearly they don't care about customer service and are inconsiderate when it comes to keeping appointments. I personally went into their shop to make both appointments to avoid any miscommunication and still was promised an appointment time that never transpired.
