No surprise and no cheesecakes so I call the store asking to be replaced or refunded and all I was told was unless I can come back right now there is nothing they can do. I just asked if we could pick them up tomorrow since we pass it every night but got another resounding no. So I asked if they could just refund it since it is $10 I am out of pocket for their mistake. Nope we can't do that either. Since my husband didn't know he should be checking for them they said it is on us that we didn't make sure it was correct before leaving. I am sorry but I am not being paid to do your job and now not only that you stole $10 from me. I hope you enjoy the cheesecakes I feel like you intentionally left out.

I was so mad and could not believe how bad everything was that I tried to call corporate and was instead greeted with the loudest bell sound effect I've heard in my life. I should have called the cops on everyone involved with this tragedy of a fast food mexican restaurant. the worst part was leaving wasn't even an option because once you're in the drive thru with people behind you, you can't leave because it's a one way single lane. this place should not exist.
