The kiosks were not working due to sanitary reasons. That was fine since we like the personal interaction at the counter. We had to wait a bit since it was busy. No worries. We used our app to get the BOGO free breakfast sandwiches. Gentleman who took our order was very nice. We sat in the restaurant to eat our McMuffins, which were good. McDonalds is consistent about quality, and that's a good thing. It was a little cool inside, so we got our hoodies out of the car to be comfortable. This place is a McJoke. I've managed a DG and thought about applying here so I can show some of them what motivation to do your basic job requirements looks like. Horrible attitude from almost every kid or adult that works the drive-thru ,except the people who are legally disabled but manage to do their job to the best of their abilities with the poor management delegating tasks to them. 50/50 chance you even get meat on your kids' hamburgers. Always missing parts and pieces of your orders. My 8 year old can do a better job of making sure an order is complete and correct. Moves at the speed of my kids being told we are leaving. Seriously should put some effort into training, accountability, and responsibility of management. Nobody cares about their job there, obviously. I suggest a huge hiring event. read more

This is the worse Mcdonald's I've ever been to and it's a shame that it's in my home town. Trying to get something quick simple n easy at night is outta the question here you can forget it. Takes almost 15-20 mins sometimes to even get someone to answer the drive through then when or if they do they tell you their only doing cash wtf ?? If you do happen to get your order taken mostly by the time you get up to window they done forgot what your ordered or how to make it. Last time I ordered a simple double cheese burger from a Mcdonald's other than my own home town Mcdonald's, it had 2 beef patty's not one !!!! I ordered 4 double cheese burgers Saturday night around 11:30 or so on the 15th of February. Thinking I was gonna make it simple for everyone and order something that simple to make hua!!! Boy was I was wrong. Seriously how can you f*#k up a simple double cheese burger? I dunno !! Honestly it's sad it's sad pathetic and a waste of our county taxes to have this place open at night or perhaps even open period. I was horrified to find that the bottom English muffin of my sandwich appears to be half eaten. I do have photos. Also I spend 1/2 inside the restaurant on 12/24 had it not been the fact my niece will only drink you coffee I would have left. I stood in side with 6 others people waiting on food that we ordered. I waiting about 20 minutes and then I could not take the fact that there where about 15 people working the drive thru and 1 person working the dining room. Amd ?? 0 people cooking for the inside. The women next to me stated she had waited 1/2 hours for cookies. So I took it upon my self to ask the staff to possible help expiate the dining room orders thankfully they listen and starting to work on the dining room and I did notice 2 managers in the way back of the kitchen talking. Needless to say I continued to suggest workflow until the six of us in the dining room where served. I I own this store I would send someone you know in as a customer to see the state this store is in and fix it. To say this is the worst run McDonalds I have seen is a gift ( I come from NH where there are 7 McDonalds in my city. Very unpleasant experience today. I order a burger with only lettuce and cheese today at 11:30 am. I paid for my food and pulled to the next window to receive my order. The attendee told me to pull into a reserved spot while my order was being made. I did as instructed. After waiting in the reserved spot for 20 mins a deliverer brought an order asking if I order a burger with no onions extra pickles. I told them that was not correct for my order. They went back into the building and I waited another 15 mins for my order. Other cars in the reserved spots came and went without issue. The drive through continued to flow without issue but I still did not have my order. So I went inside to inquire about the status of my order. There were about 15 people in the lobby. Some were waiting to order and some were waiting on their order to be filled. No one was in the front of the building. All workers were in the back in the kitchen or working the drive through. I waited inside for another 15 mins. I then returned to my vehicle and got back in the drive through to seek service. I explained the situation to the attendant at the pay window. They said they would make the others aware of the situation. I thanked them and continued to the next window. At the next window the attendant tried to hand me an order. I wanted to confirm that it was mine as I did not want to inconvenience anyone in the line that I had re-entered. The attendant told me my order wasn't on the screen and asked for my receipt. After I gave them the receipt they commented that it was an hour old. I then re-explained the situation to this attendant. They told me "they said they brought your order out but you weren't out there." Then told me to pull into the reserved spot again to await my order. I pulled back into reserved parking and waited again for the order I purchased. The wait was short this time as a person I assume is the manager delivered my order specifying my exact order. I thanked them and continued to exit the premises. I understand that restaurants are typically busy that time of day, but an hour wait and a lot of hassle for a single burger is a little extreme. Sorry to say that it will be a long while before I return to this restaurant. read more

Terrible management that refuses to fix orders that are messed up or food that is incorrect. Manager carol told me she would get fired if she replaced my food even though I called and was told by another manager to come back and they would fix it. So I wasted my gas drove 15 miles out of my way to be told that a new policy as of two weeks ago says they don't replace any orders. That is going to be terrible if it's true because they are always leaving something out or messing something up. I will not visit this location again!
