First of all I don't know how hard it is to read a screen and to place the items that you have in order and give them to a customer. Especially when you are the only one that is in the drive-thru and you have done your app online, so there should be no confusion. Because you know exactly what you ordered and the people that are serving you can see exactly what you did order.
However this is not the case at this Taco Bell or apparently any other one. Because when you order the cravings box they're always out of boxes and they throw all your crap in a bag. They never label it even if you ask, and if you ask for the box is they say we're out. They can't blame everything on covid-19. And if Taco Bell is going to do this why don't they call it the damn cravings bag instead of cravings box.
Yet whenever you verify your order that is on the screen with them because you know what you've ordered and you're hoping that they can read what you've ordered, they will get it right. However when you get down the road and you notice they haven't woe to your soul. Because they don't care and they won't do anything about it.
I have to say that Taco Bell at one time was my favorite fast food restaurant, bar none. I felt like the ones especially at the Chatsworth location was especially helpful. They had been in the past, however after covid has struck, and every fast food member that works at a fast food establishment thinks that they should make anywhere from 15 to $20 ; their services and reputability have went to the dogs. There is no excuse for bad service, negligence, I can see making mistake every once in awhile, but every darn one and ever darn time you go to a Taco Bell you get the same feedback and static. I must be the insane one because apparently I think it will either get better or change.
I don't know what else to do other than just not go. But it's a darn shame that you're all time favorite fast food restaurant, where you used to could feel like you could go for a little bit of comfort food, turns into a hassle and ruined your appetite. I know this is petty it may seem to some, but I don't know about you, but I don't do like their sign says work here and eat free, they didn't give me mine free, hell I was lucky to get what I got. Again this is no excuse for slack, and just unnecessary rudeness on the part of employees. I don't know for the life of me if they intend to be so rude or they're just so ignorant that they don't realize what they're doing. I have yet to come to this conclusion.
In closing if you want to wait in line and more than likely be mad when you leave I suggest you go to this location. You may even be the only car in the drive-thru like I was, and use the online app; and still be disappointed. It's just like playing Russian roulette, you never know what you're going to get, and it's a gamble. read more
