For as long as I can remember, Jack's has been that little, tiny building along Rt 30, that can easily be missed in the blink of an eye. I always wanted to stop by but just never made it in. Finally, as somewhat of a send-off, my buddy and I stopped in here the day before he moved from Jersey to Hawaii. We ordered several donuts and some coffee because the neon sign out front does say "Best Coffee." We were most definitely overwhelmed to say the least. Stepping into Jack's is like stepping back in time to a little tiny diner that hasn't changed in years, but that just adds to the coolness. There is a counter where you can sit and eat and chat with Jack and crew as well as a couple of small tables. I was also pleased to learn that Jack whips up several breakfast and lunch dishes daily, many of which I have had and can say are delicious. Like others have said, it's no Dunkin Donuts or Krispy Kreme and that's not a bad thing. P.S. The Fat Jack breakfast sandwich is one of the best things on the menu! read more

Jack's donuts is located in a small little corner and has little lights outside just like every other donut shop. However don't let this deceive you because you will be missing out we were served fresh donuts incredibly fast and the were quite enjoyable. I would recommend getting there earlier which I wish we had done for the most fresh donuts. Definitely a great place to stop for breakfast. read more

Pros: friendly staff, reasonable prices Cons: they charge 29 cents every time you use a debit or credit card since the owner is charged 30 cents as a fee. There is no sign telling you that. Its added to your total without telling you. There is a small note on top of register facing cashier so they don't forget to charge the fee. Very unfair. I love Jacks Donuts..... I've lived in Lindenwold for over 10 years and I've never heard of this place. My brother bragged about it one day and I said let me try it. I've been going there every month for the pass year I wish I could afford to go everyday lol. Their prices are affordable, Food is amazing, they've been in business for years. They have breakfast, lunch and donuts. They close at 3pm so if you want to try their food you have to go early. Their breakfast are amazing Their portions are Great if you sitting. Forget Krispy Kreme; this is the place to go for delicious, freshly-made doughnuts. I've been going here for maybe five years, and never had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly as well. The only two reasons I have to give this place four stars instead of five are: 1. They close by 3pm; you have to come early. 2. They only accept cash. Went to Jack's donuts in Carmel, In. for the first time today. Let's just say I was not impressed. The staff were civil at best. Very limited selection for what a real donut shop should have. No maple bars (every donut shop I have ever been to has maple bars). Their coffee is nothing more than brown water. No punch and no real flavor. I will not go back! read more

I picked up a vanilla cream donut and a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel sandwich.. the sandwich was okay. Unfortunately there is no seasoning so is very bland. But you can take that home and add seasoning so it's not the end of the world. The bigger issue was the donut. It tasted like they deep fried the donut in the same oil as someone who just cooked a batch of fried chicken. Couldn't get that after taste out of my mouth for a long time. I stopped by for lunch. I have lived in Lindenwold for 13 years and never have been to this place. Actually, I thought it was closed down since it closes up shop at 3 p.m., and I usually pass it in the evening. But after reading the Yelp reviews, I decided to check it out. I had to do lunch, because I do not like eggs. And every breakfast item contains egg. (Note to businesses: not everyone likes eggs. I shouldn't have to order Item X without egg. Why can't Item Z be Item X but without egg and I can just order Item Z?) I got the cheesesteak. Instead of fries, I got a side order of home fries. I also grabbed a chocolate, vanilla and glazed donut. The sandwich roll was kind of small, but it did include a good amount of meat. However, in eating the sandwich, I could taste the hint of breakfast sausage in the sandwich. I am assuming it is all cooked on the same flat top. The home fries were good. I was surprised to see green peppers in them. Some places barely put fried onions in the home fries. I enjoyed the glazed donut the best. I asked for ketchup, and she said she put some in the bag. My only experience is with take out. The donuts are much better than your chain donuts. I prefer their simple glazed donuts. The sandwich to get is definitely the Fat Jack. I I was really craving a donut . I have been reading Yelp reviews for many nights on this donut shop and finally decided to try it myself. I picked up a dozen. Chocolate frosted is my favorite donut from Dunkin Donuts. I actually preferred the Dunkin Donuts to this one. This one tasted a little stale. I got powdered creme donuts for my father in law who loves those types. He was disappointed in the lack of cream filling to donut ratio. My wife does not like Boston cream but thought this donut was pretty good. In summary it was a good experience but not up to all the hype. This is a great place. It has amazing service and great donuts! I bought two dozen for my department at work and people were coming from other departments to have one of the delicious donuts! The boxes were even wrapped with ribbon for presentation. I will definitely come here again.
