One thing my wife loves is sweets, and doughnuts are right there at the top. So when we saw the sign yesterday and I suggested we could stop in which she did almost breaking my neck in the turn. Small restaurant/doughnut place with only about 20 seats, but lots of food to go along with their doughnuts. Both hungry so I ordered a ham and cheese omelet and her a cheese steak sandwich. Both were very good. Finished mine except for the potatoes and her half of her sandwich. Bought about half a dozen doughnuts for later and today. Still fresh this morning and very good. Service friendly and restaurant clean. Prices very reasonable. read more

Food donuts amazing and love the over all atmosphere,Lana is an amazing owner that genially cares about her customers experience You go Lana your doing a great job read more

Our family came in and got breakfast sandwiches and donuts. Donuts were very good since the dough tastes light. The family liked the chocolate cream since you don't see that too often. Breakfast sandwiches were done well, which is really all you can expect from standard breakfast sandwiches. Mine had home fries on it so that was a nice touch. read more

Jack's Donuts - The house special on an everything bagel is my go to breakfast here! - Donuts Near Me - Laurel Springs, New Jersey

This is my final time ever patronizing this place . I've been ordering from them for years , cause they have the best breakfast potatoes. But the owner is very rude . I've never in my life been spoken to like I was by the owner . I will never and I mean never ever go there again. And my place of business usually places large orders from them , nope never again. Avoid this place at all costs if y'all can . They are rude and their customer service sucks read more

Since Jack's was sold the quality went downhill and the prices went way up. First thing in the morning there's hardly any Donuts there and they look like they were left over from the day before. I'm expecting to see them go out of business because I live across the street from them and can tell theres way less cars in the parking lot then they used to have. Also there coffee used to be great now it horrible. Obviously they changed brands for a cheaper price but now a large coffee is over 3 dollars. read more

If Dunkin Donuts did not exist, this place would be a hands down winner in terms of donuts in the South Jersey area. Heres my review of Jack's Donuts: Positive: This place has been a Soth Jersey staple for years. Owned and operated by the owner who established this great place. Located on the White Horse Pike, this place has its rightful place in the community and has a loyal customer base. Prices per dinut are reasonable and the price for a dozen would put DD to shame. The weekends are prime time and opportunity for me to go to Jack's and ger dinuts for my household. We've never been disappointed rhe times I have been there. Negative: Nothing...zilch...nada. This little donut duve us flawless and perfect as it is. I havent seen anything wrong in my trips I havs made to this place and will continue to come here as an alternative to DD. I would highly recommend this place. Overall Rating: 5 read more

A literal hole in the wall place with THE best donuts in the area. No tables but counter service and a few stools at the window. We usually just pick up donuts and go but the one time we sat at the counter and got breakfast we learned this was a local hangout for the older gents and they have all probably come every morning to kinda sorta talk to each other. This just makes me love the place even more. We know we are addicted to their donuts when we arrive EXACTLY at 5am and just sit creepily in our car waiting for them to unlock the door. Gus (the maker of the donuts) even told me to have a fresh pumpkin donut when i was picking out some to go....and by this i mean he told the girl to put a free one in my box regardless of me wanting it or not. Service is always friendly and I can't wait to go back again. read more

I am a donut-aholic and with that title I can officially say these donuts are the best that you can get around here. I have tried a few different kinds and they are all home runs! Service is always super friendly as well. I have to tell myself that I am not allowed here all the time because I do not want to gain 50lbs but sometimes I just can't resist! Give this place a try its definitely worth the calories! I was not a huge fan of the breakfast sandwiches on hoagie rolls but that is just personal preference! Give it a try! *Cash Only read more

Been coming to Jack's for 5 years now, seen a lot of changes to it, mostly positive. Great staff, the waitress are top notch. Food is great, the breakfast sandwiches are delicious, made to order, generous portions, often times I can't finish the sandwich. cheesesteaks are great and make sure you try the gyro, it is really good. Specially the way tony makes it :D read more

We have been coming to Jacks for years. Great people and Great food! Definitely recommend

Great customer service here and a very comfortable and cozy environment. Food is amazing and I'm definitely considering coming back.

Everything is always consistently good at this place. Their food is amazing and as another reviewer previously said, you will never eat at a chain donut shop after eating Jack's. The breakfast sandwiches are out of this world amazing. The donuts are so fresh and delicious. The service is also great. Everyone is always pleasant. The only downside is it's cash only. But it's absolutely worth the stop at the ATM. read more

I have been going to Jack's for many years and the food and service are always 5 stars even when they are slammed with orders. Those of you who wrote bad reviews, did you ever think that maybe the problem is you!?!? Some people complain about everything, must make them feel more important. Loyal customer since 1985! read more

Donuts great, coffee excellent. Owners personality to newcomers scored a big fat ZERO. We asked if he was "Jack"...wrong thing to say!?! He gruffly said "No I don't get the joke". If you have a place called Jacks Donuts, expect people to ask for Jack... or have a smile at least. Friendly to regulars. Girls were sweet. read more

Best breakfast sandwich & home fries I've had yet in South Jersey! Will be back!!Best breakfast ever!!!

A hidden gem! I have passed Jack's everyday for three years and always thought of stopping but never did. Today my husband suggested we stop for breakfast. Let's say they did not disappoint! I had a pork roll egg and cheese on an everything bagel, my husband had the famous fat jack, we also got 3 cinnamon rolls to share with our boys. One cinnamon roll didn't even make it to the car lol. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. We will definitely be going back. read more

Jack's Donuts is almost worth moving to Jersey for. It's at least worth the extra $4 to go over the bridge. For too long most people have accepted the mediocrity of chain donut places as the norm. After being tyrannized by stale Boston Kremes and bland coffee, Jack's hits you like a shot of pure oxygen. The donuts here taste fresh and are instantly addictive. The coffee is good and makes for a natural addition. The institution itself has the feel of a classic coffee house, and the servers are always friendly and helpful. Jack's is a secret well kept from Philadelphians. I feel guilty, as it may make the donuts go faster. read more

Donuts and coffee are the only thing worth going here for! Service and other food not good. The home fries used to be great but the last few times they have been burnt to the point where I just threw them out. Its almost like there is a different person cooking. And God for bid you ask a wittress for a cup of water! They make you buy a bottle of water instead! Bullshit !!! Laundromat next door is own by the same owner. Dont bother going to him to fix an issue that you will have cause he won't help. read more

I pass this place every morning en route to my local PATCO station, but I've never left myself enough time to actually stop in. Until yesterday when I woke up excrutiatingly early with the sole purpose of experiencing Jack's. I picked up a half-dozen donuts for the office and a cup of coffee for myself. The coffee was good but the donuts were a bigger hit. Between chocolate frosted, sour cream, honey wheat, glazed, sugar, and chocolate chocolate I honestly don't know which I liked best. Jack and staff are very sweet and acknowledged that I've never been in before and genuinely invited me back for another dose of delicious. I'm going, because I love being able to support local businesses and I was instantly envious of the few who took advantage of minimal seating along the counter and enjoyed a hearty breakfast. Quick tip: Jack's also serves lunch and will have any order ready for pickup if you call ahead. read more

Up until today I thought an Amish family near State College made the best donuts in the world; Jack (I'm assuming that's his name) is right up there. Its cash only and I could only find a dollar in my wallet. I opted for the glazed donut. Jack picks it out and says, " It's no dunkin' donuts... you might like it!" And I DID! So much so, that I went to the discount liquor store nearby and used the shady gray ATM. Mo' money, mo' donuts! The donut had me convinced and decided to sit down and get some food as well. It's a cute little place with a New Jersey diner-esque bar seating. The regulars are sipping their endless refill coffees and reading the paper. I played it safe and got the egg and cheese on an Italian roll. The fresh baked Italian roll was AMAZING! Delicious and soft, again probably one of the best egg and cheese ever. After my sandwich, I got another donut for the road. I wish I found this place sooner. GO HERE ASAP! read more

Their donuts and coffee taste like shit! So, is there laundry service!!!

This place is tiny and dated but clean. I felt sort of weird sitting inside this restaurant because it was so small and I usually don't like sitting that close to strangers. The donuts were delicious. I had a Danish and my friend had an apple filled donut. Both were very fresh. Coffee was mediocre. Breakfast sandwiches were wrong when my friend and I received them with the breakfast meats being switched. The sandwiches were just not good and flavorless. Their new pumpkin spice donut was very tasty. Con: cash only read more

Take a stroll to Jack's Donuts in scenic Laurel Springs, NJ, about 15 minutes from Philly, and it's as if the hands of time have been rewound. Seeing the innocent facade of a dying town harkens images of the 1960s. Remnants of the barely-forgotten past still exist suburban Jerz. Video rental stores, thriving strip malls, non-ironic bowling alleys & gaudy interior design stores dot the Route 30 landscape. It's an entirely silly drive, and I loved every minute of it. Jack's Donuts may itself be the most throwback of all things retro on this journey. The orange tile, the magnet style menu board, the diner-style counter service- these are simply not the amenities provided in The Big City. And, oh yeah, the donuts are THE BOMB!!! The glazed donuts is light and fluff, with a coating of what must be pure glazed sugar on top. My heavens, it is amazing. The vanilla glazed is made with real vanilla bean (or so the hand-written sign claims) Honey Wheat, well doesnt it speak for itself? YUMMY. These are the best donuts in the Philly region. I love places like this. Good donuts, low prices, no pretense. read more

Was looking for a donut place on Yelp as I was bored of Dunkin Donuts every morning. This place had charming reviews so I took the short drive over, and was very satisfied! It's small, and has a cozy diner-feel. i would definitely like to sit in for breakfast next time. Their coffee is fantastic, and I got the apple filling donut which tastes much fresher and apple-y than at DD, and a vanilla frosting which I could really taste the delicious dough. The cashier girl was very friendly too. Cash only! read more

I love the smell of yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm in the air. this place is happiness. smiles on everyone very fantasy islandesque without the island music or short rich men yelling out "boss, da plane, da plane" ... yum donuts. yum coffee, yummers to my day ...another Jack even without the Daniels which is good to my soul. read more

Great alternative to Dunkin Donuts and Wawa. Most times if you want something cheap and quick you have to sacrifice taste, or if you want something that tastes great you have to pay a little more. This place made it so you get both: great tasting and inexpensive. read more

I really don't know what the hype is about this place. After many years of wanting to try it out and hearing about it. I gave it a shot. It's a tiny place filled with people that look at you weird for having some melanin in your skin... That being said, its CASH ONLY. and they charge for everything, no free refills on coffee. I had their donuts (which are actually good and fresh) and we their specialty breakfast sandwiches. They messed up both sandwiches and combined things from the other etc. But w/e we didn't complain much. The small space made it very awkward since the staff just stared at us and had nowhere else to go...so if you try this place out...Get it to go! read more

Great donuts. I've never tried anything else here, except for the donuts. They are just like DD donuts, except they are made fresh and they taste good. I had a standard white cream filled donut and there was real cream inside, such a novel idea! When places like this go out of business, we will be forced to eat DD donuts. So, today, I'm running on Jack's !!! read more

This place just delivered half my order, charged me double, and blocked my number when i called about it. Jacks Donuts is a bunch of crooks with no morals. Never again. They seriously charged my card over $50 for an omelet and 3 pancakes. THEN BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER!!! Update. After calling from someone elses phone, because they blocked mine... the manager is "too busy" to talk to the guy he charged double. Now that's service!!! I'm stopping payment.
