She was able to follow up with her Supervisor to get my in home service waived. Yvette the Spectrum Technician was professional, organized, knowledgeable, and patiently listening to me as she set up my modem and WiFi equipment. Truly truly excellent Service. She assisted me with my phone cause I'm a rotary chick and electronics are not my strong suit. With her patient directions I was able to download the Spectrum application save my username and password and delete the old information from my apartment complex WiFi. They said no that I owe the full amount despite the service not being used since last October. Nothing was plugged in. Had they just let me cancel like I wanted, I would've resumed service with them wherever I moved to. But instead, they gave me the finger with their scammy pause option and FORVER lost my trust, loyalty, and business.
