Luis Marquez, of Tile & Marble Outlet in Watsonville, is professional, conscientious,…read moreknowledgeable, & very customer service oriented! I had tile installers working on the job that said I needed to order 2 more boxes of porcelain tile-the bid was short in material. I went to see Luis, who I had purchased from before, told him I had tile installers on the job, & needed 2 more boxes asap. He checked his stock to no avail, & thought of calling a local contractor that had purchased the same exact tile in the last month to see if he had any left over so that I could go purchase from that contractor direct & keep the tile installers working. WHO DOES THAT?! Luis Does! He is such a good guy & his dedication to his customers is legendary. I'm a professional property manager & real estate broker of 25 years-I know Extraordinary Customer Service when I see it, because it is so very rare. I strive to find superb service providers for all aspects of the many hats I wear, & I could say without a doubt that Luis Marquez is as good as it gets-an 11 out of a 10 for sure. I am delighted to have found his Watsonville shop-very different caliber of service than the Santa Cruz store-sorry to say-but true & I will ALWAYS use him & recommend him to my clients. I posted a review for him last year from a prior order, & felt compelled to post another review for him after how he tried to help me with this order. He will definitely exceed your expectations.
