First of all he was on time and took the time to walk through all the installation points for our cameras. He made sure clean up and put down floor covering on our carpet while he accessed our attic. He vaccines up and cleaned up after himself and took the time to explain thing he was doing everytime I came out to check his progress. He did great work installing cables throughout the house and sealed up all the holes made. Will definitely be using them again. read more

Ricardo helped me wire my home with ethernet for the cameras that I had purchased on my own. He charged me per "run" and installed the ethernet while doing the least damage to the existing building. I am particularly satisfied because other contractors didn't give me alternate/preferable solutions like Ricardo did. read more

Excellent work. Recommended positioning, assisted with setup, and flexible when it came to pricing

Quick and easy installation. Had them do 5 residential cameras and networking for our house. Very clean job, most wires are completely hidden and every camera looks professional. Good rates and beat the quotes for a few other companies. Highly recommend. read more

I needed someone to install my POE cameras and run cables so I contacted Ricardo. They're very professional, kept the areas clean, and they installed the cables neatly. Jack's Wire communication came to do an 6 camera installation, and were very thorough in their job from start to finish. Starting from where to place the cameras to conceal the most amount of wire. They also left the place almost spotless with minimal cleanup when they were finished. They were quick, being done in about 5 hours & were very informative on how to run the system through the apps. read more

I called this business looking for security cameras and was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge of Ricardo over the phone. It was immediately obvious to me that he is very skilled after asking quite a few questions about different cameras. Ricardo and Ozzy showed up just a couple of days later and immediately got to work. He walked around the property with me and listened to everything I had to say. He was very respectful and had a lot of great ideas that I hadn't thought of previously. They both worked hard for the better half of the day and were able to hide all the wires and place cameras in the the perfect position to capture my whole property. After they were done they showed me the placement and took the time to walk me through each of the menus so I can understand how it all works. I would highly recommend Ricardo and Ozzy for your security needs. They were not only fast and efficient, but they were personable and kind which is hard to find these days. Thank you guys again! read more

I had them come out and install a 10+ security camera system at my residence a few days ago. They did a phenomenal job of hiding all the wires or making them less noticeable compared to a previous quote I received from another installer who wanted to put conduit all over the property. Thankfully I was able to get Ricardo and his team to come out and do an excellent job. I purchased additional cameras and would not hesitate for one second to have him come out and install. He is down to earth and a committed small business owner. Great guy all around. I would refer him to anyone who'd ask. read more

Ricardo and Josh were such amazing help, today installing our new cameras around the house. Their professionalism and friendliness was refreshing, as we don't come by that often, any longer. In addition, they made sure to wear shoe covers to protect our carpet upstairs, and they lay down covers up our stair way and hallway to prevent any stains or damage to our new carpet. What great and quality guys! Thank you so much! read more

We are restaurant owners in Corona, and we needed help with our camera system. From the start, Ricardo was super pleasant and professional, so I scheduled a service call. He actually texted me that he could arrive earlier than expected, and I was grateful for that. He outlined all the options to get the system back online - and actually went above and beyond to help us get it done in the quickest and least expensive way! Many, many thanks to Ricardo -- I would recommend this company to anyone I could. read more

I was upgrading my Hikvision NVR security system but needed someone to install more cameras at my residence. I went on Yelp and got 3 bids. Ricardo from Jack Wires responded within 1 hour. I got bids within a few hours and he said he would match them using CAT6 wire. He was able to come out fast, in only 2 days. His installation partner Ozzie was also fantastic and worked very well together as a team. My wife liked that they cleaned up at every point of their camera installations. No mess or clean-up after all the cameras were installed. I had a slight activation problem with the cameras I bought (not Ricardo's problem). He promised to come back in a few days and kept his word, did not leave me hanging. He came back out this morning (at no charge) and worked with Hikvision tech support to get the cameras activated. Needed to change IP addresses for each camera they installed with the Hikvision SADP Tool. Everything works perfectly now. I was shocked at how secure the Hikvision system is. Quality equipment and quality installation with Ricardo and Ozzie. I contacted my previous Hikvision surveillance system installer (Turner Security in Phelan, CA) 2 weeks ago via website contact but never got a response back for an upgrade. I guess they didn't need the work. So I was destined to meet Ricardo and Ozzie from Jack Wires this week as the professional surveillance system installers at my home. Can't say enough great things about these guys. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the upgraded 16 channel installation they performed on our home. I highly recommend Ricardo from Jack Wires to do your Hikvision surveillance installation today. Very reasonable and honest. Ricardo stands behind his work, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!!! Thank you Ricardo and Ozzie for making us feel secure again. You guys are truly the best on Yelp. God Bless you guys! read more

Ricardo installed 13 cameras in my new home and because I had very little attic space with really high ceilings he had to find ways to conceal all the wires throughout my home which wasn't easy. He and his assistant worked SO hard for 2 full days and our camera system is amazing. So clear and every spot in my home is covered. He's very helpful and thorough and won't leave until every camera is placed and angled according to your liking. He also installed cameras in my brother's home and we both are very satisfied! Ricardo was a pleasure to work with through the entire experience. From initial contact, to site visit, quote and install- he was always on time and easy to reach. His pricing was clear and while he recommended certain cameras- was willing to install whatever I wanted. Quality of work was great and we are very happy with the end result. Due to the wiring we pre installed, it took longer to install than expected. This was totally on us, but Ricardo stuck with his original quote- amazing! Ricardo and Osbaldo showed up next day and got to work. They made helpful suggestions and had a can do attitude. Had them run two ethernet lines into 2 upstairs bedrooms via attic. One was difficult but they found a way! Another contractor that I had come out in 2020 said it was not possible to run cable thru attic to those 2 rooms. They were both friendly and hard working. They took time to clean up all along the way. The price for the work was reasonable. I am very happy with the end result and would not hesitate to contact Jacks Wires for my next wiring project.
