I selected 5 items to try on - there were 3 women working in the shop and were standing around talking amongst themselves. Not one of them asked if I needed a fitting room. The main woman behind the counter saw me go into the fitting room. Nobody came to check on me. When I exited the fitting room without the items - the main woman behind the counter sort of looked at me and smiled but said NOTHING. I DID find one item that I would have purchased - a very cute Z Supply dress - but there was NO WAY I was going to purchase it after this experience. I did, however, go online and purchased it to be delivered to my home in California. I liked the brands that this store carries and did like the fact that they offer free alterations but if nobody is there to assist you - then why purchase? I will not be back.

I used to love ordering from this store until I had to return something because it was damaged when…read moreit arrived. They initially refused to give a refund, offering a half-credit, and claiming they had sent photos of the item to PayPal in response to a dispute I didn't even initiate. I tried to contact them by phone, chat and email but I got no response, and this was long before the store closed for the day. Today I finally got a reply and was granted a refund, but the agent "Lexi" was extremely rude about it, saying "only so this matter can come to an end." Two hours later she made another rude response to a complaint I had made about the bad customer service at this store. Apparently she is the store's customer service department. She only came across as a bully, and if you have bought something there and are considering returning it for any reason you're better off just keeping it. Thanks to their horrible customer service, I won't be shopping at this store ever again.

It's as though you are paying a penalty for shopping there and using a credit card. Perhaps this 4% charge ( which goes to the processing company) encourages patrons to use their cash instead of charging. There were many items over $200.00 and if a shopper purchased several items( which would be easy to do,)4% additional would be added to the final bill. It's not like there is a flat fee that is charged, it's 4% of the total amount . This was quite off putting bc this is the first time that this extra payment has been added to the final bill. Just a bit tacky policy.
