There were many items over $200.00 and if a shopper purchased several items( which would be easy to do,)4% additional would be added to the final bill. It's not like there is a flat fee that is charged, it's 4% of the total amount . This was quite off putting bc this is the first time that this extra payment has been added to the final bill. Just a bit tacky policy.

The blonde worker outside selling charms told us to go inside to pay for the 2 charms and she will put them on (also told us to trust her, "we don't lose anyone's charms, people tend to trust us")... long story short, we are sent away with 1 of the 2 charms we purchased... AND MISSING A 60 DOLLAR PANDORA "H" CHARM! Ridiculous, the first thing the worker says was "I gave it to you... it was on the bracelet"... clearly not considering we didn't even get the one we purchased here, and we are missing an expensive one that held sentimental value to her. They dilly dallied for 10 minutes before I asked for the manager. The manager was kind enough to give me 50 dollars worth of dollar store charms. Not nearly enough to replace what was so IGNORANTLY lost. Not sure if he was stolen as many peoples names start with the letter "H"... no clue what happened. They initially refused to give a refund, offering a half-credit, and claiming they had sent photos of the item to PayPal in response to a dispute I didn't even initiate. I tried to contact them by phone, chat and email but I got no response, and this was long before the store closed for the day. Today I finally got a reply and was granted a refund, but the agent "Lexi" was extremely rude about it, saying "only so this matter can come to an end." Two hours later she made another rude response to a complaint I had made about the bad customer service at this store. Apparently she is the store's customer service department. She only came across as a bully, and if you have bought something there and are considering returning it for any reason you're better off just keeping it.
