Their clothes also reflect activities popular on the Cape like hitting the beach, sailing, boating. They have 5 locations & have been in business since 1983. I bought a great pair of Cool Hurley Boardshorts here at the standard price. Can't wait to wear them. I DID find one item that I would have purchased - a very cute Z Supply dress - but there was NO WAY I was going to purchase it after this experience. I did, however, go online and purchased it to be delivered to my home in California. I liked the brands that this store carries and did like the fact that they offer free alterations but if nobody is there to assist you - then why purchase? I will not be back.

I tried to contact them by phone, chat and email but I got no response, and this was long before the store closed for the day. Today I finally got a reply and was granted a refund, but the agent "Lexi" was extremely rude about it, saying "only so this matter can come to an end." Two hours later she made another rude response to a complaint I had made about the bad customer service at this store. Apparently she is the store's customer service department. She only came across as a bully, and if you have bought something there and are considering returning it for any reason you're better off just keeping it. Thanks to their horrible customer service, I won't be shopping at this store ever again.

We stop in each time we are in Chatham with the purpose of picking up a bottle of eu de Toilette, Blue one of Southern Tides signature men's colognes. I love it, light, summery, and with a faint hint of wildflower - lilac - lily. My brides loves it, and I do garner a lot of comments when I wear it in public. Very nice staff. The blonde worker outside selling charms told us to go inside to pay for the 2 charms and she will put them on (also told us to trust her, "we don't lose anyone's charms, people tend to trust us")... long story short, we are sent away with 1 of the 2 charms we purchased... AND MISSING A 60 DOLLAR PANDORA "H" CHARM! Ridiculous, the first thing the worker says was "I gave it to you... it was on the bracelet"... clearly not considering we didn't even get the one we purchased here, and we are missing an expensive one that held sentimental value to her. They dilly dallied for 10 minutes before I asked for the manager. The manager was kind enough to give me 50 dollars worth of dollar store charms. Not nearly enough to replace what was so IGNORANTLY lost. Not sure if he was stolen as many peoples names start with the letter "H"... no clue what happened.
