Instead of trying to help, they completely ignored us. We asked multiple questions and were met with total silence; they wouldn't even look up at us. To make matters worse, their website explicitly outlines a return policy, yet we were told "no" in-store. Prices are also significantly lower online than they are in the shop. I always try to support local businesses over major corporations, but the complete lack of basic communication and professionalism here was incredibly disappointing

I'd say they have items for almost all budgets here. They sell home decor, earrings, glassware, greeting cards, decorative pocket knives, cool socks, beautiful photos of the Cape, clocks, inexpensive coin purses, signs and SO MUCH MORE! My personal favorite is the jewelry, they often have some very eclectic items! Keep in mind the inventory is often changing, so if you see something you LOVE, you might want to buy it on this vacation. I spotted a sign in the store stating they will ship to 48 of the states. This is a great place to look for a unique gift!

It's as though you are paying a penalty for shopping there and using a credit card. Perhaps this 4% charge ( which goes to the processing company) encourages patrons to use their cash instead of charging. There were many items over $200.00 and if a shopper purchased several items( which would be easy to do,)4% additional would be added to the final bill. It's not like there is a flat fee that is charged, it's 4% of the total amount . This was quite off putting bc this is the first time that this extra payment has been added to the final bill.
