I found a few great dresses and purchased them and was helped also by the owner Ashley when trying to find the right size. A group of friends and I asked APB to do a private shopping event and they absolutely delivered!!! It was such a fun night- the girls had looked at all of our styles before and immediately handed us clothes that fit and looked great on us. Not only that, but they were so nice and accommodating and in no way were pushy when we were trying on dozens and dozens of different pieces. The entire experience was incredibly safe + masks were worn the whole time - in these uncertain times, it was so reassuring to be surrounded by kind and helpful people who just wanted us to feel and look our best. I liked that they were very cautious about Covid 19, they had sanitizer outside before you walk in the door, all the employees wear masks, they have one employee meeting people outside the door to inform you of their Covid policies. What I didn't like is that they lied about how they make their sales and how the sizes work. My sister and I went in one day and any time we looked at an item on the rack a little bit closer (to look at the size, pattern, etc) an employee would come up to us and say, "Omg that would look amazing on you." EVERY single time I pulled anything off the rack to look at. My sister and I are both pretty small, I'm between xs and s when it comes to shirt sizes and there was one strapless shirt that wasn't adjustable in a size medium. My sister said it was cute so I looked at it and immediately as I started looking at it the owner of the store came up to me and said, "that would look amazing on you" and I said, "it's cute but it's not my size and there isn't a smaller size," after, she said, "yeah, but you do have a chest (meaning I have boobs) and this shirt is basically one size fits all and if you don't like it you can always return/exchange it." My sister told me to get it anyways even though I knew it wouldn't fit because she was under the impression that it could be returned. Their return policy is exchange only, but you also can't try anything on in the store because of covid so I think they should've been more lenient with their return policy. Anyways, my sister and I bought multiple things and my mom was pissed so we kept the things that fit and returned everything that didn't. When we exchanged some things and we're getting our store credit card to the owner of the store was telling my mom how they are completely honest and size and fit and how she remembered our encounter about the strapless shirt and that I was really interested in buying it and I thought it would fit, she was just there helping me when that is not at all what happened. She was also saying to my mom that they NEVER try to convince people to buy things they don't want. My mom was also looking at dresses and other items after we got the store credit card and multiple times employees came up to her and told her how amazing she would look in a dress that she was looking at and even though it wasn't her size it's basically one size fits all. After we left the store I pointed out to my mom that the owner was lying when she said they never try to convince you to buy things that aren't your size or something you're interested in and my mom agreed because of the number of times they told her she would look amazing in something or any size would fit her. Also, since we had a store credit to use I bought a dress that was cute and it was my size, but it was $139 and I looked it up after we left the store and it actually cost $59. Overall, I think being a tourist in Chatham I feel like they took advantage of that and also that I was a teenager looking to buy some clothes. If you do shop here, I recommend listening to your gut when they tell you how amazing something would look on you and know your size (if they tell you something would probably fit you even if it's not your size, don't get it) also look up the items before buying them to see if it's a rip off or not. I definitely DO NOT recommend this store. read more

The rudest owner and very overpriced clothing. During two visits, I was greeted with a warning not to touch her giant dog who was sprawled across the floor and when I asked if any items were on sale I was told with an attitude "If I knew her business, I would know she didn't do that." Not a way to run a small business, especially during a pandemic. Based on previous reviews it seems that I'm not the only one who had a poor experience. Just lose the ego and attitude and you might see improvement. read more

Cute store overall but classic boutique.. overpriced with mark ups and sales girls that are constantly pushing you to buy. I had a pleasant experience, everyone was accommodating and nice, but sometimes you want to shop in peace. They don't read their customers, they just try to sell you the whole time you're in there. I ended up buying the first pair of pants I picked up, but left feeling guilty for not buying what the sales girl was trying to talk me into buying. read more

They have great stuff but the staff is the worst. I went in there and this girl didn't give me air to breathe when I was looking for clothes. She would not stop talking to me and it was the craziest "small talk" I have ever had in a retail store. She was AGGRESSIVELY annoying. The store is tiny and she would get very close to me and just start commenting on every single thing I looked at. I didn't even get to take a good look at any pieces of clothing because this girl would not stop pestering me. It's sad because I definitely would have bought something but I felt suffocated by the employee and I will not be returning. Missed a sale. Need to figure out their employees and commission situation (very obvious they get commission!!). read more

What an adorable little boutique! When my family came to the Cape to visit me and my husband I knew that stopping at APB was a must. The employees never fail to put a smile on my face and always help me find something that is flattering for my body. It is so refreshing to have authentic conversations with the sales people, unlike the typical bland experience you would have at a chain store. The last time I visited APB the owner swung by midway through my shopping experience. Even on her time off, both her and her employees made it their prerogative to help me find the perfect outfit for a baby shower I was attending last minute. After breast-feeding my newborn it has been particularly difficult to find clothes that make me feel comfortable. I am so thankful that there are still places that take the time to get to know their clients, and not just let you fend for yourself. I felt like I was being professionally outfitted! I also really appreciated how the staff followed Covid-19 protocols unlike some of the other shops i've been to. I am now in the process of purchasing one of the owner's art pieces, and the experience has been seamless. I could not recommend this store enough! read more

Such a cute store with the cutest clothing and best vibe! Owner is a gem, who has an amazing eye for fashion AND art! She offers suggestions that look amazing on your body type and with her guidance, I am always able to find clothes that make me feel beautiful. Her and her staff are chatty and welcoming- makes the shopping experience an EXPERIENCE. I also love how her and her staff are taking Covid precautions seriously. Definitely felt safe in her store and that's something that's really important right now. Her dog makes the cutest addition also! All in all, love this store and will continue to make the long trip just to shop here. read more

I would have loved to give this store more stars due to their cute and unique clothing. However,upon walking in we first noticed that the clothes were overpriced and out of our price range as college students but proceeded to look at some of the clothing on sale. We ended up not seeing anything we particularly liked, so left the store without buying anything. The lady working seemed friendly and made small talk with us when we were in there, and we said bye and left the store. However, after getting halfway up the street she ran up behind us and stopped us. She asked me to check my pockets as she thought I had stolen bathing suit bottoms. She then tried to cover it up and apologize saying that she was not "typecasting" or "profiling" us, when that is exactly what she was doing. This was my first time shopping in Downtown Chatham and I will not be returning to this store. I was not surprised when I checked Yelp and saw that others were not fond of this establishment and it's ownership. I truly am sorry that it is cold in the middle of winter and I'm keeping my hands to myself in my pockets. Maybe you should take all the commission you are making on your overpriced items and install a security system to check yourself before insulting someone. Not to mention your lack of mask wearing when approaching myself and my friends on the street in the middle of a pandemic when there is a police placed sign clearing in the center of town stating it is a $300 fine. I WANT to love this store. I love the clothing and jewelry so much. But, I would probably leave with more items if the sales girls weren't up my ass the entire time. I shop alone for a reason. I know what I like. I do not need help unless I ask for it. I feel very overwhelmed and anxious in this tiny store when I can't even think for myself. I am a local and would come back over and over again to shop if I could have some space and wasn't being pushed to spend $130 on a dress. Unbelievably rude owner. I walked in to look around a bit with a few family members, who were also shopping for clothing and the owner was extremely rude when I took a quick photo of her shop. I routinely take many photos in a day and her shop was not exceptional in my focus, but she persisted in wanted to know WHY I took a photo. I was embarrassed for her that she was so threatened. If you like rude, pit-bull store owners this is the place for you. read more

My husband and I were both very excited upon entering the town of Chatham and were delighted to encounter numerous shops with tasteful merchandise. However, we had the misfortune of entering All Points Beautiful first which left a bitter taste in our mouths. Eager to get shopping I hastily approached the sales person and asked that I might throw away my EMPTY iced coffee cup and a napkin. The clerk responded, "I guess, if you have no where else to throw your trash." She made us feel very unwelcome. If you go in this store, be prepared to encounter this haughty merchant that offers poor customer service. read more

Amazing boutique with A+ customer service - they carry great brands that I don't see in a lot of shops on the East Coast. The owner and all of the sales associates were so kind and helpful, and dedicated a lot of their time to helping me pick out some outfits for a trip abroad and coming up with ways to style each item. My mom came with me and they even brought her some pieces to a fitting room to try on, which she loved. They really have something for everyone, and the cute outfits I bought here made my trip so special. Will come back every time I'm in Chatham :) read more

Really, really cute store. Big swimwear collection for such a small store. They sell a lot of Tavik Swimwear (which is great) however significantly mark it up. I would love to shop at this store more to support a local business specifically for these bathing suits (I'm also a homeowner in the area) but it's so much more expensive! $40-$50 online versus $80-90 in the store. read more

Zero stars for this one as the experience was horrible. The owner made it a point to be rude and excessively belligerent. Embarrassing behavior in front of my children. For the sake of starting with something positive, I will say that the staff at this store is nice and it is a good environment. However when the owner is there it is a completely different story. Pushy, forceful, pressuring when it comes to purchases and if you don't make any...it is utter rudeness. The owner does not care about you unless you are spending $$$ and does not even try to hide it. My daughter enjoys downtown Chatham and in the time I have spent with her in this store I have witnessed the owner screaming at employees outside of her "business", overheard her offering discounts to customers if they write a positive review, and have been in the store with my daughter while the owner curses at people on the phone. Unprofessional is an understatement - especially when all this is being done in a bathing suit top. Though the owner is one issue, another is that almost everything my daughter has from this store has ripped or broke, like a beach radio she was so excited about. She has given this store many chances but after seeing the behavior of the owner as well as how her purchases have held up, will not be back. That means I no longer have to go either! read more
