As a middle-aged woman, it's rare that I enjoy shopping anymore. Gone are the days of high heels and reveals. But here, with a little prodding from the owner, I tried on a few things, then a few more things and next thing you know, I was combing the racks. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Ptown just so I can go shopping here. I used to wear a lot of black but as I get older I'm embracing more color and I was able to find some really great things that are favorites in my closet.

He asked if he could help me and I said I was browsing and unsure which scent I might like. He asked me to step aside before microadjusting the bottles, muttering in French that I was "dishonest" and needed to leave, I was there maybe 15 min tops. Never mind, I'll take my wallet and business elsewhere.

What an amazing find!…read more First thing to know is that they have two stores down the block from each other: one is vintage clothing for men and women. The other is a wondrous collection of vintage bridal wear. I was impressed with both stores. The prices are fair and even the music they play in the store is cool and fun! But the vintage wedding store was the coolest in my opinion. They have a whole wall of vintage wedding dresses that are arranged chronologically by decade. They have every style imaginable: prairie, Victorian, baby doll, preppy, fairytale, boho, lace, 80s, you name it! They also have vintage veils and shawls and jewelry. I was particularly taken by a vintage white turban that had a long veil attached to it, but i don't think i'm cool enough to pull it off at my wedding LOL. Very special stores.
