I was disappointed at my second visit to have had a man in the shop. I understand if it's an employee etc but I would have appreciated a warning considering the intimate nature of the appointment. This is the type of courtesy extended at certain doctors appointments, PT etc where you might be in a vulnerable state as a patron. The bras are expensive, but if you're in the hard-to-find size market this is kind of expected. Expect about $80-100/bra LGBTQ+ friendly: They have a collaboration with the US Army to support folks that are transitioning genders and are experienced in this work.

Seriously, properly supported, I fit differently in clothing and it looks like I lost weight. The bras are a little pricey, but in my opinion worth it. Some bras have to be ordered in your size and color choice. You pay at the time of order and they call you when the bra is in.
