Not only that, but they were so nice and accommodating and in no way were pushy when we were trying on dozens and dozens of different pieces. The entire experience was incredibly safe + masks were worn the whole time - in these uncertain times, it was so reassuring to be surrounded by kind and helpful people who just wanted us to feel and look our best. Will definitely be ordering online in the future!! Thank you again!!

I was disappointed at my second visit to have had a man in the shop. I understand if it's an employee etc but I would have appreciated a warning considering the intimate nature of the appointment. This is the type of courtesy extended at certain doctors appointments, PT etc where you might be in a vulnerable state as a patron. The bras are expensive, but if you're in the hard-to-find size market this is kind of expected. She made bra shopping a positive experience. Even if you know your size it does not mean you have the correct bra. Diana is so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I called and emailed the shop and they got back to me right away saying I could send the dress back and receive a credit to the online shop. This really made my day and I think this type of service at small boutiques is more rare these days.

At the fitting, sales associate Beata was knowledgeable and helpful. I'm still masking because I'm high risk for COVID and I have a young infant at home. Beata offered to wear a mask too!!! I haven't had a proper bra fitting in years and had no idea what my bra size should be. Beata brought me a few options to try on and I got 3 that look amazing on me. Seriously, properly supported, I fit differently in clothing and it looks like I lost weight. The bras are a little pricey, but in my opinion worth it. Some bras have to be ordered in your size and color choice. You pay at the time of order and they call you when the bra is in. I voted Lulabelle for best lingerie store in Best of the South Shore 2024. I'll be back to pick up the bra I ordered - and get new styles when what I have wears out.
