The owner of the company Adam, inspected the Coating and agreed to redo the application for free extremely time effective schedule. I instead opted to replace the vehicle and Scotts and his very helpful team help me determine what kind of vehicle I could get to avoid this unfortunate manufacturers faults in the future and they replaced the entire coating with a new formula at no cost to me.
