Super helpful staff that keep the tanks looking amazing. They have fully set up display tanks that you can purchase and take home. The best prices on aquatic plans and fish. I've seen thus far in Miami.

Some of the discus I got from him

What can I say gabe is very helpful I can see why he's busy but that's what it takes to be the best discus seller out their ...he makes you feel confident in what your buying and he's only getting better in what he offers .

We ordered a 5-6" Red Ninja Cuipea Alenquer Cross Discus for $275 and it came sick! We also ordered a Black & Blue Discus along with several other fish. The Red Ninja and Black & Blue discus were both extremely sick when they arrived. We contacted Jack Wattley and were told that it was the stress from the shipment and they told us to buy some medication and treat them. We did and they still were not better after 3 weeks. They finally refunded our money and then Gabriel Posada said "I hope to God both the Ninja and this one drop dead as soon as I issue a refund". We will never do business with Jack Wattley again!

Red Ninja that never turned red

Must reiterate. I bought a really expensive Red Ninja only to have it never turn red. They told me it would. Nope. Never did. They sent me the wrong fish.

I ordered 30 Altums from them, they packed 7-10 fish in same a bag. All arrived alive but two of them has fungus, like did they even check your fish before you shipped? Then 16 of them died a few days after because of bacteria infection. I contacted them, show them the video/photo of the rest dying, they did nothing but told me to buy medicine from them, they can ship next day with $23 charge. Wattley really disappointed me, really sad.

One of kind - Gabe has a great mentor - and he learned well. Looking forward to going back and bringing some fish home.

While it took time, My Bella is Beautiful! Only 4.5lbs and as beautiful as ever, she just turned 5 years old this month! Lovable, adorable & intelligent! She turns heads wherever we go & everyone thinks she's a puppy still! I'm actually looking at Daisy's puppies now, thinking about getting Bella a playmate!

I asked her if I may see the puppy and then at the last minute, literally when we were on our way to her "supposed" new address in Homestead, she canceled. We had planned a week in advance to visit and see the conditions the dogs were living in. But suddenly when the day came she had company. The following week when I asked to see my puppy, She went completely dark on me until I contacted PayPal then she sent harassing texts to my phone. I confronted her and she said she has never spoken to the other Yelpers. That they are liars. She didn't know who they were, was her story. She only communicated with me via text and Facebook, I never spoke to her on the phone. Her company phone number listed both on her website, here and Facebook are disconnected. Like the other Yelpers, I am heartbroken. Don't fall into the same trap the other Yelpers and I did, this woman makes money by cheating other people and using their desire for a loving companion to do it.

I have purchased two cats from happy paws. My first experience was great. I had a healthy cat…read more(bengal) and I loved that all the cats were able to socialize and hang out. The second time I went to purchase a cat, I noticed they were all in their own cages, and I asked if they are are always like that and they said they only let one out at a time for about 30 minutes. A few weeks ago, I bought my second bengal from here. They said she had a bad reaction to her vaccine so I couldn't pick her up because they needed to monitor her. That was on March 1st, I ended up picking her up 11 days later and she was still throwing up and having diarrhea so I took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with FIP coronavirus and Giardia. I told them that she is still sick and I have Another cat at home. I took her to the vet because she was extremely sick and they told me that it was my fault and it could possibly be a toxic plant. I had at home even though I have a healthy cat at home And they admitted to me that she was not feeling well after her vaccines. It turns out it was not for reaction to her vaccines. It was Giardia FIP and coronavirus. I have been spending $3000 on a cat. I immediately got hit with a $1200 vet bill and a sick kitten that I had to nerve back to life. She was on medicine three times a day and she was extremely underweight. It was extremely stressful. I also found out that they put the kittens in cargo and shipped them from Ukraine, which I think is extremely unethical. Most animal foundations do not let their animals go into cargo cause it is extremely unsafe for them. I wish they would've just given me her from the beginning and I would've helped her get better soon sooner rather than letting her sit in a cage sick for weeks. They won't help with the vet bill. They're putting the blame on me. Even though I could tell something was up with seeing how all of the cats were separated all of a sudden And they admitted that she was not feeling well. They said she has a housemate at the time and I'm really hoping they took her to the vet. When I went to go meet her the first time they didn't let me pick her up because she was feeling unwell and they've had to wash diarrhea off of her. She's five months old and 4 pounds. The vet that "cleared" her didn't document her weight on her health certificate and did not mark her as underweight even though I called them and she was only 1.9 pounds. I'm not sure how they even were able to get her neutered When the requirement for neutering a kitten is 2 pounds. This place is extremely unethical and they will gaslight you saying that the sick kitten is your problem because they don't wanna pay for it and they need to be shut down immediately.

DO NOT BUY Here!!!!!! I am writing this review to share my…read moreexperience so other potential buyers can make an informed decision before purchasing from this store. I purchased a kitten named Frost, who was only about two months old. Shortly after bringing him home, he began showing signs of illness. Despite immediate veterinary care, multiple vet visits, medications, and close monitoring, his condition rapidly deteriorated. Tragically, Frost passed away within a 1 MONTH after purchase. What has been most upsetting is not only the loss of my kitten, but how the store handled the situation afterward. Even after providing all veterinary records, the store refused to honor their health guarantee. Their denial was based on technicalities rather than compassion or accountability, arguing that: there was no "final confirmed diagnosis," additional diagnostics were declined, and that the illness could not be definitively proven to be pre-existing. Anyone familiar with veterinary medicine understands that young kittens can decline rapidly, and in many cases a definitive diagnosis is not always possible before death--especially when the animal is unstable. The lack of a final diagnosis does not mean the kitten was healthy at the time of sale. There was no evidence that the illness was caused by diet, environment, or any action on my part after transfer. Symptoms appeared shortly after coming home, which strongly suggests an underlying condition present before purchase. To make matters worse, shortly after this experience I purchased another kitten. While the kitten is currently healthy, I later discovered inconsistencies in the pedigree documentation, including a date of birth that does not match the passport. This raised serious concerns about record accuracy, transparency, and overall breeding practices. Instead of working toward a fair and humane resolution--such as a refund, partial reimbursement, or even a goodwill gesture--the store responded with a cold, legal-style rejection that placed all responsibility on the buyer. This experience has left me heartbroken, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. Losing a pet is devastating enough. Being denied support afterward only adds to the pain. I am sharing this review not out of anger, but out of responsibility to others. Buying a pet should come with trust, transparency, and ethical support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I truly hope the store reflects on this situation and improves how they support customers who experience such heartbreaking losses.
