We were looking for a convenient spot to grab a meal in Wanaka and stumbled upon this place during our drives in and out of town and swung by for lunch.
A very large and inviting space and probably a good place to head out to when you just can't find a table or don't want to deal with a long wait at one of the restaurants in the main Wanaka strip.
Between the 3 of us, we got the Philly Cheesesteak, BBQ pork sandwich on GF bun, Cauliflower soup, the tandoori wings and a couple beers.
The food was all around pretty good, with the star being the wings (I could eat a whole plate of these myself and still want more). The cheeseteak was the only disappointing part of the meal as the whole thing became a huge saucy mess with way way way too much mustard overwhelming all the flavors on the dish.
Beyond that we had a great meal here and would definitely consider returning for dinner and/or a couple drinks! read more
