After having an extremely unpleasant experience with a major competitor I need a rear glass for my 2023 Grand Cherokee. Even though JM was not the lowest price they had the glass in stock and were able to install it within my narrow schedule. They even gave me a discount since I brought it in due to the weather. The windshield chip repair is not a repair. Your chip will look exactly the same as it did after their " repair". I wished I had known before driving 45 minutes & paying $50. There are places that actually fill in the crack, but not this place. read more

They ordered three windshields which were all scratched. I couldn't get anyone on the phone. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with an auto repair place. Then once they finally got the correct glass in they didn't set my windshield wipers back correctly I'm at the point I am going to take it somewhere else and take them the bill. To everyone who needs windshield service in Jackson Tn this is the place to go. I can't say enough of how Mr. Marty and his team went above and beyond for me. I recently bought a car from CarMax and the windshield was cracked. I was directed to Jack Morris. When I arrived I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged by staff walking in and out. I thought, this is odd. I waited in the lobby, not very long after Mr. Marty assisted me. I was sitting in the waiting room for about 2 hours. I went outside as I began to get very restless and having to drive 5/6 hours to enjoy my birthday with family in Atlanta. His daughter, came to me and informed me the windshield they received wasn't a fit for my car. It wasn't a big deal to me because CarMax is covering the fees. On the other hand I had my bags with me for the week. They did inform me that it would be 3-4 business days until the new windshield arrived. My immediate reaction was uhhhh oh!! I have to be in Atlanta tonight by 9pm. Needless to say, after having a conversation with them they accommodated me above and beyond. Mr. Marty rented me a vehicle for my trip. I was in awe because now days that just doest happen. Customer service is "out the window" now days. I'm very grateful that it's still good people who really care and want to help. We we're moving our youngest to college from Texas and 8 hours in we hear a terrible noise. We went to mechanics thinking it was mechanical and no one would see us. We continued to try to diagnose it ourselves and finally noticed the loose weatherstripping on the roof. I was driving from DC to Northern California thru TN. The passenger window of the Uhaul shattered. Did a quick Google maps search for windshield, called a competitor that didn't have the glass but then recommended that I try these guys. They squeezed in the Uhaul in between other scheduled jobs. From the time they started work, took about 30 minutes. They got me back on the road in about 1.5 hours with little advanced notice. Thanks for the quick turnaround. So I had a windshield and back window replaced in my suv. The new windshield did not last 24 hours before it broke. I took it back in and they blamed a rock peck and would not replace the window. I shan't be using them again. Because of this I am unable to recommend these folks. Perhaps a national company would be more professional. read more

So I called on monday and was greeted by a very friendly voice. She was able to get me my windshield at a discount and set up to have my windshield changed on the following Friday. I was told that the repairman would call me Friday morning when he planned his route for the day to let me know what time he would be there. When I hung up the phone with her, I was very satisfied. Things went down hill from there. Friday morning I wait and wait. By noon I thought ok I have errands to run. So no sooner than I drive across town, the guy calls and says that he is on his way to my house. When I informed him I had been waiting on his call all morning he said ok I'll try to catch up with you later. He did not sound happy. I told him I would be home around 2. He said ok. So I end up getting a call from him around 330. He was very rude. When he got to the house my wife said he was very short and rude to her as well. I will find somewhere else to get my windshields in the future. read more
