However, more recently, when I emailed them to set up a new cleaning (as their website suggests you do), I didn't get a response after a full month. At this point, I tried calling their number. They answered but refused to schedule an appointment with me over the phone, insisting that I text that number instead. I did so, and the gentleman merely "liked" my request for a new detailing appointment. A week later, and there has been no further communication: no asking for more info, no offers of appointment times, nothing. That's three separate attempts over three separate methods of communication, and zero progress. If you're hoping to get this business to come out and serve you, good luck. Maybe you'll get lucky, and they'll actually engage with you.

They said it was an urgent fix that needed to be done, and quoted me $1318. CRAZY. I decided to get a second opinion from Old Hickory after it was recommended to me by someone who lives locally. I dropped it off around 9:45 am, and by 10:30 am they had called me to tell me that they had found a slight crack in the ball joint boots, but that there was no slack in them or the control arms. The man told me that if it was his car, he wouldn't have anything done to it and that I could come get my car. NOT ONLY did they save me $1300, but in addition, they charged me $0 FOR THE INSPECTION!! The other car place was SERIOUSLY trying to take advantage of me as a college girl who came in by herself. They waited for the warranty to run out first. We've been loyal customers of Toyota for 20 years - until now. Courtney Hughes (service manager) is the one trying to get us to pay for half of this. UPDATE: Lynn Webb and Spencer Richardson fought for us and they are covering the repairs, so I bumped the 1 star review up to a 3 STAR review only BECAUSE of Lynn and Spencer fighting for us.
