Waited for an hour in the drive thru (once you're in, you can't get out of the drive thru due to barricades) and they forgot 4 parts of our 6 part order. I understand being busy, but at this point you're taking money from us. Not the first time by the way - last time we were there we got charged for the wrong order, we told them what we actually ordered so they refunded the original charge, and then charged us for the correct order - all for them to GIVE us the wrong order. I didn't write a review then, because the manager was chill and apologized - but at this point I'm just done. If yall care (which I doubt) I'd like for someone to reach out so I can be refunded since I paid for multiple items I did not receive. read more

I hate this restaurant. They NEVER make the food fresh. Whoever was working tonight on 3/31/26 at 10:45pm should be fired for the service. We ordered over $25 worth of food from tacos x4, fries x2, jalapeño poppers 7 count, jr. bacon cheeseburgers etc and I had to come back here and air fry the fries they were freezing cold (made in advance) I believe. Tacos had brown lettuce and were cold and you could tell they were sitting by moisture spot (I literally spit them out) and then I thought maybe the poppers would be fresh but were cold and pale colored (not cooked long enough). DO NOT GO TI THIS LOCATION! I made an online order at 9:57pm on 11-25-2025. The website said that it would be ready at 10:06pm. I arrived at 10:07pm and there were 4 vehicles in from of me, 3 already ordered and 1 was ordering. I made it to the speaker and let them know I was there to pick up my online order and my name. I made it to the window 14 mins later at 10:21. Then the girl tried to charge me again. I told her I already paid and she asked my name again like it was going to change the outcome. I asked if I could have a refund. (Because I knew my food had been sitting there for who knows how long.) With an attitude she's kind of yelled at me, "I just got here." I asked if there was a manager, she said nope and closed the window on me. I watched her grab my cold burgers, that had been sitting there, and throw them in a bag. Grabbed fries and just threw them in the bag. Slowly made my drinks and gave everything to me. She pretty much gave me no option but to except it. I drove away at 10:25pm, 17 mins after getting there, only 4 cars... Of course when I got home everything way cold and just dumped in the bag. Good service tbh fresh and nicely put together the front lobby is very clean I will say they always make sure they want the best value I ordered a jack spicy and just 7 jalapeño poppers and they told me it was cheaper to get the combo they are really nice I would 10/10 recommend it read more

The only reason this is getting one star is because out of everything I ordered the only thing that didn't have bugs or wasn't stale were the jalapeño poppers. I used to love going to jack in the box but recently every time I've ordered, the food is usually stale. Tonight I found a fly in my food which almost made me throw up and I did not finish it. The tacos were stale and the lettuce was brown like those sat all day. The fries I got tasted like they sat there for hours and it was a bunch of little pieces like the last of the batch. If you see my yelp account I usually never write bad reviews unless warranted. I'm seriously never going there again and that really sucks because it's the only jack in the box in Waller. We had the worst customer service here! The food is typical Jack in the Box food, but the service was horrible! The lady helping us at the counter was so rude! She looked at us like we were disturbing her and when taking our order was not kind and courteous, but very bothered that we were there and was very short and almost condescending! We got out food, but my fries were cold and I asked for fresh ones, they did this but they made it a big deal to let me know that I was asking a lot from them! But I finally received my fries. We came at about 10pm and three other parties walked in with in minutes of our arrival. We ordered our food to go and I forget to get Sweet n Sour sauce so I ran back in and they told me they were closed even though on the door it clearly states that the dinning room is open until midnight which is obviously a clear lie. Great fast food for a quick stop. However, I believe this is the hot spot for a lot of the teens in the area, so, you may be reminded of your HS cafetaria when stopping by. Maybe you will feel at home, maybe you will feel that much older. Either way, the menu is the same as always and the quality the same.
