Why would I ding them for these? There's only three components to a quesadilla; meat cheese tortilla. The meat and cheese just seemed to be a little light on quantity. The store has a butcher counter, small grocery section, ready to eat food made to order, and a bbq master waiting to grill your carne asada. The birria bombs are located behind the counter. WOW! This was so incredibly easy to prepare. The meat, water, and the bomb, that's it. The flavor was really good. For me, it was a little on the spicy side, but my husband thought it was the perfect amount of heat. My only word of caution is use the shoulder or chuck roast it recommends. I didn't have either of those at home, but I did have a 3.5 hunk of London broil, so I used that. I had to keep it in the crock pot for an extra 2 hours to get the meat tender, but it was worth it. I also failed on the corn tortillas, didn't have any, so we made quesadillas with flour tortillas and ate the birria on the side. Still super delicious.

Very Gross discovery made in the Jack-In-The-Box food that I ordered today. I ordered three #5 Double Burger Combos "to go" at 11:30 AM. After I got home and after eating half of one of these , I found a large clump of Black hair in the burger. So Gross & so sickening and bad !!!!!!!!! Does the line cook in this store know what a Hair-Net is used for ? Obviously NOT and where the Hell is the store Manager ? Is anyone watching what their staff are doing , obviously NOT ! Is senior management in this store, "Asleep-At-The-Wheel" there ???? I will never visit this store or for that matter, any more Jack-In-The-Box restaurants, again !!!!! Rollin read more

My reason for this review is there is an employee who works the drive thru window that really does an AMAZING job. I'm not sure his name but me and several friends all who frequent this location agree. Every time he is working we don't have to worry about our order, he always checks to make sure it's accurate and we have all the sauces we asked for Ect. It is rare in a fast food business to find people who genuinely seem to care about their job and their customers. Hopefully they keep him around because so many other employees could learn a thing or two from him. And as a side note a good tip: get an extra side of cheese to dip your curly fries in...
