Yesterday sept 3, 21 I drove through this drive through to get food before my long drive back to San Jose. I ordered a 7pc jalapeño poppers. I don't know what the heck was up with those poppers. They should get zero stars!!!!!!!! 1. I sat from the where I order to being able to pick up my food over 25 minutes. (I only have 30 minutes for lunch) I ordered a #27 with a medium Dr Pepper 2. They took forever on giving me my card back 5mins 3. They gave me my food and I asked for ketchup. I looked in the bag to make sure I had enough ketchup to satisfy me. I have noticed for past few times that I ordered number 10 combo with small. They have always charged me more that the listed price on the menu. This is in regards to their COVID 19 prep. It appears that they wear masks but what is UNACCEPTABLE is that they handle food and payments wearing the same gloves. They should have someone handling payments and the others handling ONLY food and drinks. I witnessed the guy this morning take cash from the car ahead of me and then when I drove up, he took my credit card then proceeded to making my iced coffee. He put his gloved hands all over my cup and lid, which is totally unsanitary! Step it up Jack!!!!! You should be preventing the spread of germs not spreading them. I came here after work around 3:15 in the morning today there was about two guys working in there and they didn't seem like they were busy. There was nobody in line yet they were rushing me to order.. I told them exactly what I wanted on my chicken sandwich sandwich and he did it completely wrong and when I asked for it fresh, he's like everything's fresh. I specifically asked him for mayonnaise. I got my spicy chicken sandwich drenched in mayonnaise and I complained about it and told him that it wasn't fresh. It was warm he decided to say well I already made it. and then when I told him to look at the chicken sandwich to see how much sauce he put inside because he said he made himself he got mad when I told him I didn't want it. He threw it on the floor in the middle of the restaurant where they make the food had a whole tantrum. I couldn't believe it as a customer I will not be returning. I had the worst experience and then, when I told him to give me my money back, he close the window, and we had to get his attention again and then he didn't even give me the right amount of change back. read more

Ordered delivery for my family and I was so disappointed to see how everything arrived. Poor quality food and missing items. The fries look sad and so does the bowl that wasn't warmed to edible temperature. The fries were half full, oily, cold, and stale. Needless to say the combo they were apart of was missing the cheeseburger and some how we got a fish sandwich. Most of order was incorrect. The smell of the food was enough to make us sick anyways kind of glad it was cold and unappealing so we could not get food poisoning. The milkshake was watered down. They didn't include any requested sauces or the straws. I ended up calling the restaurant and the busy tone is all I got so I filed my complaint online. I was going to drive it back to the store but I couldn't let them remake this for my family. The grease must be old, they're not properly handling the food and it's not worth risking all the hassle of vomiting and diarrhea this would have caused. I'd suggest never going here saving your money. We'd love to get our $60 back. read more

I have been going to this restaurant for a couple of years and the workers and extremely nice, but I'm not going back because I found hair in my food. The hair was found in my chicken sandwich. I've lived in Tracy for 13 years and I have never understood why this location drive thru takes SO insanely long. I've come here during all different times of the year, days of the week, times of the day and somehow every single time the drive thru has been so slow. It doesn't matter if you just ordered 1 taco or if there's only 1 car in front of you. Don't go thru unless you have at least 15 minutes to spare. From my personal experiencing coming to this Jack in the Box, having good food and great customer service is what I contribute to a five star rating. I patronize this franchise restaurant every so often, and from my personal experience, I have always had great service and great food. During my most recent visit, I used a coupon for two free tacos for doing an on-line survey. Who doesn't like freebies. The cashier was not certain on the procedure to redeem it, and sought out co-worker (manager?), Jaime Martinez. In a flash, Jaime, showed up to address the issue and had it quickly resolved. It was quite apparent that Jaime was in a supervisory or managerial position. Her sincerity, experience, and efficiency on dealing with customer service issues certainly showed. I rarely see young people who demonstrate so much diligence. However, Jaime was the exception to the rule. She had a super personality, demonstrated great work ethics,and was very efficient. And particularly charming. This is indicative of great training and pride in the work. (She also probably had some great teachers.) There is a saying that goes, "It's not what they say that is most important, but how did your visit at this Jack in the Box make you feel." Needless to say, I felt welcomed and treated like a valued customer. Couldn't really ask for more. Kudos to Jaime for being demonstrating service excellence. Jack, I'll be back! read more

I ask who I was speaking to and he hung up on me before I could tell him the problem. And they would not answer the phone after that . Poor service and disrespectful management. I prefer this JITB location over the one next to the Dolled Tree store. Much cleaner establishment & defiantly a higher standard for cooking then their other location. I work late & always go for the Hello-peno munchie meal! One of the workers(I think his name is Taylor?) always had a smile & cheery up beat disposition whenever I pulled though the drive thru @12am after work.
