First of all when you come into a drive-through for the cashier drive-through cashier on the 18th Saturday at 9:30 in the morning you should greet a person and just say good morning. I'll be right with you not I'll be right with you and then when someone wants to know what kind of sauce is on the chicken you don't say good good sauce. What the heck is good good sauce. (we were the only car in line, no car before us) After another 10 minutes, we already knew we weren't spending a dime here--even if it was the only place open in Tracy. When they finally came on the mic, loud music was blasting and people were laughing and talking inside like it was a party instead of a business. I stupidly gave them a second chance, and nothing changed. They don't listen at all and completely messed up my order. Customer service is nonexistent, and the wait times are ridiculous--even when you're the only one in line. I have been eating Jack N the Box tacos for over 30 years. Tonight was the first time I've ever received cold stale tacos. It surprised me so much to where I just had to post this review. I work graveyard and went to get food on my break , got there at 345am the girl working the drive through said we are not taking orders now , something about register update , she gave no other information. After eating the food 2of my children got food poisoning. Food quality was very bad and also had very strong smell to it.

Going in person is usually fine, if it's late late they will sometimes block off the drive thru for a while around 3AM. But if you order through DoorDash or something it's 9 times out of 10 wrong, it's a joke in our house now when someone orders after midnight and before 7AM how bad the order is going to be, things will be flat out wrong and missing, last time I ordered a sourdough jack and got a double cheese burger with just an ungodly amount of ketchup and pickles. This morning at 5AM we were up early getting ready and wanted to order something while we got ready for the day ahead... of the 8 items, 4 were correct but one combo was incomplete so as always DoorDash gives me a refund as there's photo evidence of the small bag they delivered, the picture I took after removing all the contents and the empty bag... If you want everything comped on DoorDash and don't mind the order being completely wrong order here and take plenty of pictures of the bag before, during and after removing everything. Personally, we just want our food and often times reorder telling the doordasher to double check but I won't be ordering from here anymore. read more

This location is the worst. The manager is rude and takes it out in the customer when HER employees can't make an order right. I ordered a regular chicken wrap and I was given a spicy chicken wrap so I took it back. The tacos also were missing cheese like that's the main part of a taco how do you forget that?!?!
