I almost never eat at Jack in the Box, but today, it was. Convenient to pick up a quick bite and drink. I had the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger for $3.39 on their "Value Menu". When I unwrapped it, i thought they had forgotten the burger patty. I looked inside the sandwich, and there was a sliver of a beef patty that was (no kidding) 1/8th of an inch thick. What is going on??? The soda machine was out of service so I went to get a refill at the counter and finally gave up after 5 minutes because I was ignored. From the moment I drove up to order I was greeted with hostility. This older lady didn't even let me complete my order cutting me off as I was speaking so I tried to repeat myself because she was getting my order wrong mind you I literally just drove up it was seconds She yells at me and tells me she's busy and has customers in front of her and she's taking orders, as if I was bothering her. So I said to make it easier I will do a mobile order to pick up at the window since I'm already inline. As I get to the window she wanted to charge me when I explained I had made the mobile order. She then tells me to get out the way was literally yelling at me telling me she has customers, like really I am a customer. Mind you she tells me to pull around continuing to yell at me in Spanish at this point it sounded more like a threat With all this I don't even want the food anymore and asked for a refund because I'm not trusting at this point. She told me to go park somewhere because they don't have WiFi. Like really. I'm asking for my money back not about WiFi .... After all this a young girl comes around and told me she can text her manager for me to come back in the AM for my refund. I asked her can I have your coworkers name so I can make a complaint. She said she would want to but then look at that lady . I can only assume that young girl gets bullied by her coworker. Even though there well staffed I ordered the double bonus jack $4.99. It took 15 minutes for me to walk up to the counter and ask for my meal. Come to find out that there was 3 people in front of me also waiting. But what I did notice that the drive thru was flying, cars drove in and then out as I watched the staff fling food as fast as the could. Finally after about 25 minutes I got my meal, all smashed and cold. Jack used to be the place to go for a quick bite but again I'll be spending that extra buck or two for better food and service. Went through the drive through at about 6am for food. The lady taking orders was frantic over the speaker, and struggled to understand my order of 2 burgers. When I got to the window, she asked me if I want any extra sauce, I am not exaggerating, 6 times before I left. She was barely capable of understanding what I was saying and going 100 miles an hour in movements and speech. I am no expert and also do not want to offend her if she had a disability, but to me it seemed she was messed up off some kind of drugs. After a long wait, she then asked me to "back up behind the window" after paying while waiting for my food. I am no genius, but it was obvious this was to reset a customer count timer to make the employee look good. This is pathetic to ask of a customer after a long wait, as the only person in line. I have since quit going to this location even thought it is the most convenient for me as its right by my home. One, because I would not trust someone so unstable with my food,l and two, simply because the whole encounter was so bizarre and uncomfortable I do not want to risk being in that position again. read more

She asked if I want sauce 3x after I kept saying yes.She asked me to pull to the front. When she brought my food she said next time go to the other side. I understand Covid-19 is taking its toll however when I pay nearly $10 for a combo meal & the food is terrible but more importantly the attitude of the woman manager who did not even attempt to make the food they served right has absolutely nothing to do w Covid-19. I used to eat here, I will NOT again. Everyone makes mistakes but when it happens fix it, that was not what happened w my experience at this location. Fries were soggy & that awesome photo they have of their chicken country sandwich is not even close to reality of what I got today. Absolutely terrible I went 10 minutes ago and received these old fries that probably had been sitting there for hours, I speak to the manager Maria and she said it's not possible their food was all done fresh I laughed and said there is no way these fries are fresh ! Shame on me for trying them again, I try because they are so close to me. But I understand they will never get there service right! Poor customer service poor timelines poor cleanliness at the store you're treated as if you owe them something as well as everything they sell is quite expensive now honestly it's too expensive. You damn near five times what you buy from them at the same cost for just purchasing the things to put it together at the grocery store! They will never do better than what they do now you will always be overcharged and given the smallest amount of service. The only service that they give you now is passing your food to you and soon that will stop as well as soon as they automate the registers upfront, then you'll be talking to a machine. I went in today to spend $40 on breakfast and was treated like a redheaded stepchild at the window so I then asked them for my $40 back so Jack-in-the-Box due to the fact that you no longer have great customer service I decided to take my $40 that I was spending on breakfast at your store to another location, which is so sad because literally it takes me three minutes to get to your store however you have a very very bad reputation in this community where most of the people that used to stop by and buy from you aren't doing it any longer. good luck with that! read more

I'll take a pass Jack in the box has been in the business of serving food for a very long time and their service is usually fast, friendly, accurate, and the food hot and fresh. However, on this visit that wasn't the case, actually the last several visits, have been less than favorable. On this particular visit the food was not fresh or hot. The burger patties at Jack in the Box aren't thick, however, the lettuce, tomato,onion, pickle, mustard, and bun usually makeup for it. However, this time I just wanted a hot fresh plain hamburger. What I received was a dried, burnt, piece of meat that looked like it was extremely old and NO amount of condiments would have made this food taste good. If the burger wasn't bad enough the taco was even worse. It was overcooked, and only a small amount of filling in the middle. I'm not sure what was worse, trying to call the store and constantly getting a busy signal, the lack of customer service, or poorly executed food. If this is the first time I experienced poor service and food I would write it off. However, this is by far the first time, needless say, I will never come back to this Jack and the Box again. read more

The couple teenagers that work there overnight constantly turn away customers, telling us they can't take any orders because of a system update. It happens very frequently. I stop by almost every night to get a drink and about 3 times this week I was turned away. The customer service is completely unacceptable and anytime that I go they swing a trash bag with a tin can in it in front of the monitor so that they can cut back on their drive and drive thru service time. I was in the drive through no one was I front or behind me. I was told to wait so I waited for 10 mins after 10 minutes of waiting I was told I needed to come inside. There was no way I was coming inside after I waited so patiently for them. I didn't complain I didn't say "hello." Or anything I just waited and I was fine with it. But I'm am not fine with waiting for that long and not to be helped. Do not I repeat do not go here. You will not be helped. Order breakfast for my daughter this morning after dropping off my husband at work set it down opened it up to find that somebody had already cut up the meat. That means that what cook or somebody saw it put it in the package just like this and that it was OK with somebody. This has to be the worst location ever. On a constant basis they continue to get order wrong even after they read your order back. The employees are the worst ever. Marie (working drive thru) is one of the worst employees I have encountered. She hardly speaks any English and gets your order wrong all the time and when you let her know that there is something wrong she acts as if she doesn't know what to do/or doesn't want to fix the order/issue. She lies and say that the manager is not on shift but you can clearly see the manager in the office from the drive thru window. This happens on every shift everyday. When you ask for a refund they give you a hard time as well. The food used to be great but I don't know what happen. The food is either stale or incorrect. Just horrible. But after they screwed me today, I will never return. I simply ordered: 1 Sausage, egg & cheese on croissant, 1 Bacon, egg & cheese on biscuit, and 2 Hash Browns. (all on the menu). When I got home I was infuriated. The sandwiches we're both missing cheese, but worse than that - the bacon was missing on that sandwich and the egg was missing on the sausage sandwich.
