NOT 24HRS!!!! FIX YOUR LISTING OR FIX SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this Jack N A Crack SUCKS. I get home late 4 nights of the week anywhere between 3am and 430 am 80% of the time it's between 330 and 430. They are only a 5 min trip out of my way and one of the few things open at that time..... Or use to be. Now they have some system restart or switch over where they can't take any orders. It always seems to be between 330-430, they tell you they can't accept orders if whoever's to lazy and didn't put cones out to block drive thru. Tell you it's going to be 10 to 15 mins. Everytime it's closer to 30 mins, I've even waited 45 mins. When you do get to order, it's the frocking food that has been sitting for God knows how long before there system restart and then thru it. The Burgers are rock hard and Luke warm. I've asked for freshly cook to be handed a bag that was 45 seconds from me getting to the window.... A REHEAT! STILL A ROCK!!!! Not once but twice they've done this!!! I normally go someplace else but there is nothing open or more than a 15 to 20 minute drive. FIX YOUR HOURS TO REFLECT WHEN YOU CAN TAKE ORDERS!!! Tonight about 9:15pm I order a small combo. The woman working the drive threw didn't hear me correctly I guess because she gave me a large drink and I told her I asked for a small. She took a cup pored the soda into the smaller cup then when over thee the frys that were in the bag back with the rest, opened up a small fry holder with her hands and dropped frys into the sleeve and named me the bag. At the end of the drive threw I put the hole meal even the drink in the trash! This particular JIB smelled awful today. I don't know if it was the grease trap, but it smelled like an open sewer. Very bad smell. Overwhelming. It's the first time I'd been to this location. I walked in and walked right out. We went over to another JIB closer to our house that never has a problem. I usually love JIB. Their food is delicious and you can get breakfast in the afternoon, unlike other fast food places. I may give that particular location another try in the future just to see if it was just a one day horror show, or if it's like that all the time. read more

I'm not a person who writes a lot of reviews. I'm not picky. I could find a hair in my food and just pick it out and pretend I didn't see it and I would be fine. But... I drove to this location around midnight just to order a classic buttery jack burger, large curly fry, and a three piece egg roll. But James, the kid taking my order, decided to stop speaking to me halfway through me taking my order. He wasn't really paying attention when I started my order anyhow but that didnt bother me so much. I was however the only person there at the time. By the time I was asking about the egg rolls and he was completely ignoring me, I started getting pissed off. So I decided I would try talking to him at the window. I get there, and he sees me multiple times but again, ignored me. Like he was avoiding me. After a few good long minutes (I wasn't checking the clock to see how long it took) he finally opens the window and I ask what the hell was going on. I work jobs just like this one and I'm sorry but there is no excuse to treat another human like this. He said he was busy trying to change out the trash but also tried making the excuse his headset was shitty. So I know he was bullshitting because he was obviously spitballing for excuses. If he had just said one or the other I might have believed him. I asked his name and he refused to give it to me so I asked for a manager and he rolled his eyes and called for the manager but the manager took like five minutes to come over all the while James was trying to argue with me. By this point I'm holding up a line in the drive thru and that made me feel shitty because really he could have just told me in the first place he was busy and needed a minute and I would have been fine with that. The manager comes over and tries to refuse to give me either of their names but I made it clear that by that point that's all the information I wanted. The manager said his name was Johnny and the guy taking my order was James. I literally live right down the road from this location but now if I ever want a midnight food binge I'm happily going anywhere but here. I'm a reasonable person and if you're polite and honest about being busy and needing a minute I'll smile and say take your time. But these guys were assholes from start to finish. When did society forget that we are all human beings no matter who's a customer or an employee? I get having a shitty shift or a shitty job. Just don't treat me like shit and ignore that I'm even there in the first place. That's it. Just don't ignore my existence. I've literally never left a place the way I left that drive thru. The thick accents that the women have at this JB location makes it a little challenging as I have to repeat every single word that I'm saying. I think the burgers are awesome and the fact that JB has mozzarella sticks and bacon cheddar fries is great. I love the curly fries and the fact that they are open late. I wish they cooked the food a bit better and not make it so greasy. Greasy tacos are yucky; wish they also had soft tacos. But the selection is still very good and the mexican ladies get my drift on what I want to eat..after repeating myself a few times of course. I walk in and the first thing I see if a very pregnant General Manager talking on her cellphone about personal things and when I walk up, she continues to finish her conversation. WHAT?
