I wanted to share some feedback about a recent experience at Chipotle. I have celiac disease, and while I wish I didn't have to think about my condition when going out to eat, I have to take it seriously to avoid getting sick. I politely asked the employee serving me if she would mind changing her gloves because I saw her wipe her hands on top of the flour tortillas when she greeted me. She was rude when asked, so I explained that I have celiac. She didn't know what celiac was, so I responded, "gluten." She then turned to the cook and rolled her eyes. I was simply asking for a fresh pair of gloves so I could safely eat. Having celiac disease already makes eating out difficult, and there aren't a lot of options for people like me. I was under the impression that Chipotle was a more allergy friendly option, but after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable eating there. I left feeling uncomfortable for simply trying to protect my health. I hope Chipotle can remind its staff that allergies and celiac disease are serious and that customers deserve to be treated with kindness and respect. I'm sharing my experience so others with celiac disease can make an informed decision about where they choose to eat. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fast Food Near Me - Vista, California

I've always liked Chipotle and the service they give here is good. Usually when I come here, it's not that crowded nor is the line that long. Most of the time I'd order as takeout from ordering online. But for times I just eat here, its all good. The food is good in general and they give good portions for what I ask for, etc. I always go for the burrito bowl and they give good amount of food. If it's too much or less, they usually will adjust for me. For a quick meal, Chipotle is definitely the go-to place! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Burrito Bowl - Fast Food Near Me - Vista, California

Extremely disappointed in the service and portion sizes provided in my visit tonight around 9 pm. They gave both my husband and I a half portion of rice and when asked for a full scoop, the server proceeded to check the to-go area and said there was no more. Completely out with 2 hours of business left? Unfortunately even if that was the case, the attitude received by both the cashier and server was very rude as well. The team seemed more interested in getting us out asap. read more

This Chipotle has to be the cleanest one I've ever been. I live in LA and at almost every location, the bathrooms are unkept and the dining area trash are piled, along with the tables. This one had a few messy tables but overall clean dining area. The food was fresh and tasty. The bathroom was spotless. That usually means the kitchen is clean. Give this location some love! read more

Nice people, but portion size was really bad. Usually they give a good amount of portion but today was just not it. I got more sour cream than rice and beans. read more

Chipotle itself has gone downhill for years now but this location sucks. Especially for online orders they always forget something. Most of the female staff have an attitude for no reason. Yall are too expensive to be acting lame. And now that Chipotle removed the single taco option online it's like why even bother I'll just be paying to get pissed off because they'll forget something. TBH idk why any of us eat out anymore lol they hate us and take every opportunity to rip us off and raise the prices. read more

Well Chipotle. You are consistent that's for sure. Consistently cold. I'm convinced you cook the meat on a frozen grill. I'ts never hot! Hello salmonella lawsuit again. $20 for 3 tacos and a small drink. Sad. Not worth it. Hope I survive. read more

Did an online pick up order, when I went to pickup, several things were missing from the order once I got home. I went back just to grab the stuff they forgot, mostly because it was a little expensive and i paid extra for the chips, etc that was left behind..the worker that helped me wasn't very friendly or helpful. She seemed a bit irritated i came back even though i wasn't even upset when speaking with her. :/. Low rating is due to the customer service mostly and the inconvenience! read more

My order wasn't correct and they happily remade it- but threw the other food in trash. I explained I had a homeless shelter that could use any food that they couldn't sell. Was hesitant to try this place because of the three stars but chipotle just sounded good. Whoever gave the bad reviews were probably just having a bad day or came across old crappy employee, but my experience was awesome. Food is good , fresh and delicious always hits! My only problem are the employees they talk about you and your appearance literally in front of you, the manager is rude and pushy with employees from what I've seen .. there are like 3 nice employees but majority of them look at you weird or pretend like they don't know things exist such as vinaigrette.. it's embarrassing for them and as a location too but eh overall it's a nice place nothing wrong with the ambiance the vibes are chill most times and food has only had a problem of too much rice .. besides that the employees are DEFINITELY the problem. read more

Food was runny, messy and ice cold upon immediately getting it. I ended up throwing most of it away! Cheese was cold and unmelted. I received the butt or a tomato in the salsa. Definitely one of the worst Chipotles I've been to and I can't recommend to my worst enemy. read more

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! employees were very rude and impatient. The workers acted as if they couldn't be bothered. Portions were skimpy as well. How is chipotle so good?!? Only complaint with this location is that the sizes of the bowls tend to deviate a lot!! Some days I get a volumptious overflowing salad and other days I get a stinger size that barely surpasses the brim :/ Either way- the salads are delicious and chipotle is always a good choice! read more

Well I don't know where to start so I'll start with the first person to help me. He asked what he wanted and I told him "a bowl" 2 of them. I told him what I wanted inside. By the time the lids went on I had to stop them and ask what is going on. Did the portions get smaller because this is NOT HOW THE OCEANSIDE STORE OR ENCINITAS STORE portions are. The girl at the counter was so shocked she didn't know what to say. The phone order counter bowls were twice the size as those girls clearly knew what they were doing. Don't go here. Mobil ordering/doordash delivery has been down for over a week at this location. What's going on there?

Last night after doing Trunk or Treat at my church parking lot, my 2 friends and I went here to have their $4 Halloween deal for any Burrito, Taco, Bowl, Salad if you were wearing your costume. I decided to have their Carne Asada Bowl since the protein part was introduced fairly recently. I tried to have half white and half brown rice. I skipped the beans and tomatoes since it was already late for me to have them (personal reasons). I added some corn, sour cream, and cheese. The line was not too bad since the store made sure that it was fully staffed. Overall, it was good. The carne asada didn't have a consistent taste. Some were bland and some were spicy. I did eat it all because I was hungry and the combinations of ingredients I chose were satisfying. Thank you for having this deal again! read more

Love chipotle but every time I come to this specific location, they are so stingy when it comes to the portions, any other chipotle I've gone to the portion is good for the almost 20 dollars I pay. Even when I'm asking the worker to give me more rice they look at me with the nastiest look like if it's coming out of their paycheck. Now I know never to come here again and I suggest you don't either. read more

This is my first time at this location and man, did it change my whole view of chipotle. Staff so the most unfriendly bunch. You walk in and walk to the counter and the lady just stares at you and doesn't say anything. I had to just start telling her what I wanted. Now let's get into the food. Half a scoop of rice was given and I had to ask her if that's right because the rice didn't even fill the bottom of the bowl. Loved the glance she gave me when I inquired about the portion sizes, again terrific customer service. Won't be returning, not that it matters to anyone, however just wanted to share my experience. read more

I was craving Chipotle for weeks and decided to finally go out and get it. The staff was super friendly and was generous with the portions which made me really happy. It's always disappointing when you keep having to ask for extra scoops of rice and/or beans because they put the bare minimum. This time however the overall experience was great. I ordered a veggie bowl and it was delicious. My boyfriend ordered a carnitas burrito which he devoured. In summary, everything went great and I would definitely recommend this location in downtown Vista. read more

I haven't blessed y'all with a review in a hot minute, but I now feel inclined to, due to this mediocre disaster of a burrito bowl. This is the location I frequent when craving Chipotle. I've always had a good experience and have never had any issues. Today, I decided to try online ordering for the first time. I ordered it at 10:31 & it said it would be ready by 10:45. I arrived at 10:40 and my order was already ready and on the pickup shelf, which was awesome. My issue is the quality of the funking bowl. Can't a person just get some sour cream? There's like 5 shreds of lettuce and I got red salsa instead of green. Other than that, they got the rice, beans & fajitas right lol *order online at your own risk, but I do not recommend, as you may end up with a bowl of whatever they felt like concocting at the time* read more

If you live in So Cal, your an idiot if you go to fake Mexican places like Chipotle or Del Taco.
