Went to this Jack in the Box location on Saturday around 1:30p via the drive thru. Employee Lucifer Miles (unsure if real name) took order and my debit card and had me drive around and wait in the front parking lot for my order. Lucifer gave me my meal without my debit card (my bad for forgetting). Went home to eat and rested all day at home. Woke up the next morning and realized my debit card was missing and saw 5 fraudulent charges on my account totaling to almost $500 occurring the Saturday afternoon & evening before while I was at home resting. Returned to this Jack in the Box the very next morning on Sunday to notify staff of my forgotten debit card. Verified with one of the employees that Lucifer's shift ended @2pm on Saturday (after I ordered) when the fraudulent charges occurred. Spoke with Manager Felipe Contreras on the phone who was presently unavailable asked me to return Monday morning which I did. Felipe Contreras was incredibly rude & disrespectful and insinuated I was lying even when I politely explained to him I hadn't gone anywhere else or used my card since purchasing my meal there on Saturday. He remained unapologetic. I just needed Lucifer's name as the last person in possession of my debit card to submit my fraud claim. Bad manager equates to badly managed staff that allows employees to steal debit cards and accuse customers of lying. read more

Came here for the second time, late night. First time they got half my order wrong. Last night they forgot a couple of items, I told the guy, I am missing a couple things, and he kept on saying its in the bag, I asked for sauces 3 times once while ordering and twice when I pulled up and they still forgot to put them in the bag not even ketchup or napkins , guy was giving me the wrong drinks, I kept on telling him, those where not the correct ones. They always give me regular fries when I order Curly fries. Guy kept on rushing us and there was no cars behind us at all. He was very rude. I know fast food restaurants are not the best and there customer service is going down hill fast but come on. Jack in the box is know for forgetting food items or getting the order wrong but dam......SMH read more

This location on Main Street / Oakland road is really blowing it. They put hash brown in my regular #4 hamburger instead of meat this afternoon. I was disgusted!! Needing meat in my dinner meals can they legally do this. I did not ask for hash brown on my sandwich I needed the hamburger! I'm going to stop going there because they so screwed up my order!!!!! I forgot to review this location after my lunch in October. No, I wasn't drunk or anything, but, the ordering kiosk is so fun to "play" with! There's no getting your order wrong when you put your order in via the kiosk. They need to have more kiosks at other locations! We also got free 5 piece churros with our order. Except I don't know why some were kinda oozy, but they tasted alright. I think this location is a newer one, the seats and tables look a little nicer than what I'm used to seeing. This is also the cleanest Jack location I've been to. 3 stars for cleanliness & of course the bad ass kiosk! However, the parking lot is horrible! read more

Now I know you shouldn't expect much out of fast food employees but the service I got this afternoon at this Jack in the Box was disrespectful. I ordered my food in the drive thru and the Asian girl working there was extremely rude and rushed me the entire time. I ordered my food and asked for a side of ranch and she cuts me off and says "you order sauces at the window" i get to the window and she tells me they don't have ranch and then I say I want to cancel my order and she slams the window shut and walks away and comes back with ranch and throws it in my bag and shoves me my bag. Then when I get my sprite it is brown as if it was mixed with a dark soda or tea i politely tell her I ordered a sprite but my drink doesn't look like a sprite. She give me an attitude and snatches my drink and slams the window shut again but while she remakes my drink she's talking shit about me to her coworker and then give me the new sprite hella rudely and doesn't say anything to me. read more

I really like their deli trio sandwich and that's what I usually order at any Jack's. Nice decor and friendly workers at this location but the parking situation seems to be getting worse. I love this place because the food is so good. I recently got the most delicious large chocolate shake I've ever tasted--that was such a treat! The hamburgers likewise are great, and I especially appreciate all those different choices. The jumbo taco seems to be replaced with a little carton called Loaded Tiny Tacos. You buy two cartons and empty the contents out on a plate, stir the sauce and lettuce, dip that up with the tiny tacos, and just enjoy the tasty finger food. Not sure if it's just this store but twice now I've ordered a grilled sourdough burger and got the most horrific of all fast food sandwiches. Both times the bread wasn't grilled and might have been lightly toasted. Both times the produce was worse than 2 week old scraps. I know it's just fast food but the poor quality increases exponentially when it's prepared without a care in the world. The staff has always been friendly. I really have to commemorate the amount of excellent customer service that gets pumped out of this place. If y'all have ever been here late at night, you'll notice a very nice lady working drive thru who makes this place an EASY CHOICE for some late night munchies. With no hesitation involved, I'd come here every night if I could. Ordering food is fast, cheap, simple and without a second doubt awesome. People may disagree with me but hey I'm not out there trying to give people hard times nor am I high maintenance, I'm as impartial as ever and as long as you can give me adequate service and goods we'll both walk away fondly. I have to mention their late night munchies deal is an awesome value ($6-$7 out the door) and WAYYYY TOO MUCH FOOD!!! That's definitely not a bad thing at all. If I could make a suggestion I think the LNM deal could perhaps come with a larger drink INCLUDED for those taking it away, I found myself having a hard time having enough to wash down all that food that came in the meal. I use to frequent this place years back when I worked just down the road. They have always been reliable. I contemplate and ask myself, is there any reason I should take off a star? The food is greasy, fattening, and will can highly effect your well being. Sometimes the food quality does not come out the same. Some days its better than others. The staff are like robots, and although do as you wish are emotionless. And I say again, is there a reason why I should take off a star? This is JACK IN THE BOX! Came here to try their new Jack's Blazin Chicken sandwich with ghost pepper ranch sauce. I was so excited to try this since I love spicy food. I was a bit disappointed as it was not spicy at all for me. I guess I'll have to try the spicy sriracha burger next time. I did like the fact they offered free medium curly fries when you text to a certain #. We were surprised how much fries came with it especially since it was free. I was also able to get 2 free tacos from a previous purchase I had from another location. I will be back to try the spicy sriracha. Service was slow. read more

This review is based on the location and this by far the worst Jack In the Box I ever been to. If you all are looking fast and great quality service, this is not the place. I was the first one in line and waited over 3 minutes for a staff to take my order. Finally, I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger meal. While waiting for my order, the lady in front of me was furious because they gave her the wrong order. When the manager gave her the right order, she didn't even say sorry. I waited over 20 minutes or more for my order. I've never waited so long! I went to get ice for my drink, but they ran out of ice. I told the manager and instead of adding more ice in the machine, she went to grab ice and just toss them in my cup! Bad management, rude staff, and the worst service! read more

This Jack In the Box location is horrible. Every time I've ordered the Sourdough Jack from this location, the sourdough is either only toasted on one side or not toasted at all -- with the exception of one time when I specifically asked her to toast BOTH sides of the sandwich. Ordered it again today and explicitly asked for the sandwich to be toasted on both sides, but instead found it to not be toasted at all when I got home. The sourdough was cold and stale. If I could give zero stars, I would. How can you be so cheap as to not toast a sandwich that's meant to be toasted?! This is the last time I'll be going to this location. read more

Your night shift is a joke. There is a light skin kid with long hair in a ponytail that is either drunk or high as shit right now. He's slurring he came out looking confused and slurring. The line is currently wrapped around the building to the street, I called before pulling in and he said I don't have to wait pull up and come into the lobby I said are you sure because it's late he said yes I will bring it out. So I do that there is also a door dasher standing right next to me saying the same thing... By the way I was doing Uber eats. He tells the door dasher on the phone no you got to get in line the door dasher is furious because he said I just got out of line because you told me to come to the lobby you can come out now you're telling me to get back in line. So I called again and he tells me Yes hold on I'll come out so he comes out with two orders the door dasher gets back out of his car he says that mine? And he proceeds to pull both orders back from us and he's can't even look straight I'm trying to read the ticket on the bags so we get the correct order any pools on my way from both of us and says you guys have to go online I said what are you talking about? You are literally holding a door Dash order an Uber eats order can I please read the number so I grab the right one I go are you high are you drunk why are you slurring and he looks at me and slurs and says no why would you say that I said because even the door dasher thinks you're drunk or high. So I reach over I ask him to pull the bag closer I look I see the ID number I said this is my order and I leave in the door dasher grabs his and he says I'm gonna call your manager because you're either high or drunk because you have no idea what you're doing right now and he goes back in and shuts the door. read more

Been going there for a while but I'm basing this review on the graveyard shift. Each time we go lately the Indian lady who takes our order and hands us our order ACTS like we are peons. I'm sure some guests can be unruly, but she acts the same way. Through the speaker, she's very unfriendly. At the window, she accepts the money like we have cooties and when she hands change, it's a two finger drop. She gives the bag the same way. They are also pretty slow but some of the slowness must be huge orders. But most time, as soon as we meet at window, it can take about 5 min. (Too long in my eyes) one time they ran out of soda as we met at window. Aren't there signs when a bev is running low or empty. I remember when the order taker "John"was there at night. He was loud, friendly and very upbeat but this particular lady needs a customer appreciation class. Remember one bad experience can translate into 5 lost customers. This is a negative review !!!! As far as fast food breakfast goes, Jack in the Box offers great value (compared to McDonald's prices). I LOVE their Sirloin Steak Breakfast Burrito. I always ask for an extra cup of salsa because I go through it like nothing. And their new Breakfast Bowls are good and pretty hearty too. I also like their Orange Sunrise smoothie. Mmmmm! The Mexican boy asked the lady in the back if it was a croissant sandwich because it was a cheeseburger wrapper she said only the wrapper is wrong. When got to work it was wrong the bitch lied and it was a cheeseburger. I called back she lied again and when I tried to asked why is she dishonest? Then she started with I sorry sir I can't hear you after a minute of hearing clearly. Obviously she feels the need to be dishonest with customers. Plus, in the morning the line is to the street.
