I had the bacon sourdough it was great onion rings suck they were not crispy but the sandwich was good

I will not be returning to this location. On Tuesday, 1/6/26, I was overcharged and did not receive my hash brown. I visit this location every Tuesday and Friday and always order the same items, which normally total $9.93. This location rarely provides receipts, but I have bank screenshots showing the consistent charge. I attempted to call multiple times over several days with no answer. When I returned to resolve the issue, the manager refused to speak with me and sent an employee instead. I was denied a refund due to not having a receipt, despite showing proof of my purchase history. I've been a loyal, regular customer for months, so the lack of customer service was very disappointing. read more

Customer service is terrible all employees have a mean mug on lol! they charge 3 dollars for a large drink but be careful they don't like giving refills to people on the same day! My drink had black dirt or something of the kind at the bottom of my online order; you have been warned, contamination in my food is something I don't mess around with. If I could put 0 stars I would but yelp only allows 1, proudly never eating there again! read more

I'd like to make a VERY specific complaint to this one particular employee, Ignacio Martinez. He was frying my food when I saw him rubbing his JUNK and then proceeds to handle my food, WITHOUT washing his hands!!! I will NOT be accepting this disgusting behavior of an employee. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!! read more

What a horrible location! Probably the worse JITB I've been too. You know what the sad thing is? It wasn't the person taking the order, wasn't the person handing out the food. Is that grumpy unprofessional idiot you have working at the kitchen. Throwing tantrums because he got a big order, tossing food around like his job is handling horse shit. I've seen people cleaning stalls that look happier than him. The chicken nuggets were burnt and the fries were overly salty. I'm sure as a result of his sour attitude. Get rid of this dude and give the job to someone who values it more. read more

Sister placed an order online today. And it didn't go through in the System. (I get systems fail) but There was about 4 people inside standing around waiting for one another to resolve the issue, Made us drive around and then We waited a little over 25 minutes for some "manager wanna be to help us only for him to tell us "sorry we didn't get your order". Even though it took the money from my bank and they all clearly saw my phone app. Make sure y'all train all associates to give solutions to customers and not the run around or the pathetic "I'm sorry" (And no we aren't looking for free stuff) read more

This is a very well-run Jack in the box they're always very courteous very professional and very fast highly recommend this place.

Everytime I go to Texas we always stop by jack in the box restaurant. As we do not have them or I live in Kansas they are always something we look forward to. This restaurant however was very dirty and we had trouble finding a table the did not have something on it. The surprising thing was that there were no other diners in the restaurant. The music was up so loud that we had to ask to have it turned down so we can hold a conversation. We were not even sitting near the speakers. As for the food - Greasy burgers and 2 spicy tacos for $1 found here. They may be bad for your heart but taste great! read more

Tasty accurate good service. Nothing's ever been stale over or undercooked. There was one occasion when a delivery was late when I had to order something other than what I really wanted but that wasn't their fault or something they could control. I give it just 3 stars because is it Jack in the Box and while their food to me is better than any other chain it's still not even close to gourmet. read more

In the span of a week, this is the second time I've pulled up to the drive-thru and been asked to give them a minute. Both times, they never came back onto the monitor to take my order. Even after the person in front of me had already left. The first time this happened and I had already waited 10 mins, I drove to the window to place my order and they looked at me like I was crazy. Today, I waited in line for over 10 mins and they never took my order. 4 other cars were behind me at this point, with the guy behind me even throwing his hands in the air like "what's taking so long". I decided to drive away and as I drove past the drive-thru window, I noticed 2 female employees just standing near the register talking. On top of this, the overall time to order and get the food always takes FOREVER at this location. It will take me at least 7 mins to get one iced coffee in the morning even if I'm the only one in line. I don't know if this location is just short staffed, but it is very disappointing to know that I will not be helped when going to this location. read more

I deliver for DoorDash and sometimes I pick up large orders they put everything in paper sacks with stickers on them so they will remain closed but they refused to put two bags or more in a large plastic bag that they have hanging right behind the front counter that I can see so it will be easier to carry when I leave the food at the door at the customers home. When I attempt to confirm that all of the items that the customer ordered are in the bags they cop an attitude. There is one older gentleman that works at this location and he's the best employee that they have it's too bad that he is the only good employee that they have! read more

This is a,very good Jack in the Box, it was quick today, and the cashiers are super friendly.

We stopped by the drive thru on Saturday morning. We were pulled through the drive through line to wait for food. It was not a short wait but we finally had someone walk the food out. It was 5 minutes back to the house. My pancakes in my breakfast platter were all so hard that a fork couldn't get through any of them. My wife's tacos were also hard. The food is obviously not even remotely fresh and the staff doesn't seem to mind serving it that way. I submitted a complaint online and was contacted by the general manager asking me to just try it again. I was just passing through so that isn't an option for me, but I wouldn't try this location again anyhow. Buyer beware! read more
