We eat here often. Sadly not as often as we would like. We live in a town where they got rid of their's. We travel 15-20 miles to eat her. We usually have great and helpful service. Our food is always hot and fresh and what we expect from a Jack in the Box. It has that hip look the newer ones have. If I had to have constructive criticism, I would say it is always too cold in the restaurant and occasionally we go in there and the tables need cleaned. The food was ok, but the red headed lady that was working the window tonight was very rude. All she was doing was complaining about working tonight and when she would hand us food there was no thank you or here ya go etc . Manager or owner, if she doesn't like her job there are plenty of others that would take it. It does not look good for you to have an employee that is this unhappy at being there. read more

Ordered breakfast this morning. We threw it in the trash! 1. Hashbrown fried in oil so old, our car stank all the way back to Henderson! 2. Sourdough ultimate breakfast sandwich. One piece of limp bacon, fried egg brown from old grease on the griddle, stale bread, and one piece of bread wasnt even toasted. It was "buttered", but like they forgot 3. Ultimate croissant was smashed flat, old, greasy egg and meat and had to be reassembled We threw 13 dollars of food in the trash, it was so nasty and disgusting! Staff very friendly. Food was made quickly, was hot and fresh. Lots of spots in the parking lot. Easy to get to. We stayed at the hotel nearby and it was within walking distance. Have to play frogger at the nearby light though, so be careful there. read more

Placed a mobile ordered, was missing part of the order and had to go back. Then took a drink of my Dr. pepper, or what they called Dr Pepper because it surely did not taste like it. Tasted like a combination of drinks, which makes me believe the soda nozzles do not get cleaned. Also I ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger, which comes with mustard mayo and ketchup. I asked to have the mustard removed and got a very dry burger with no sauce. Won't go to this Jack in the Box again. read more

I will literally hunt down a Jack In The Box restaurant wherever I'm at. This is the best greasy food after you have been Club hopping, been up all night studying, have the munchies because you smoked too much, or any other excuse you can come up with!!! Jack in the Box in California literally got me through nursing school for that I'll forever be grateful. Even though I'm making a lot more money nowadays I still make a run for Jack in the Box because those tacos, those curly fries, those egg rolls, those are just items that you will never ever find at any other fast food restaurant together. Mr Jack has been keeping me happy for years and years and years. Longview Texas used to have three Jack in the Box locations and sadly or I guess lucky for us we still have one location open. Unfortunately it's clear across town so I don't get there often but when I do I make up for lost times!!!! At This location I've never really had a problem except for the fact that they are slow but that seems to be more of a Texas problem than an actual restaurant problem. I always order on the app because unlike other fast food restaurants Jack in the Box actually has really good online deals. Food has always been ready and actually served hot when I've gone in to pick up an online order. Have literally been through and had pretty much everything on this menu and I love the fact that they serve there whole menu 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Because for somebody like me who sometimes has a crazy work schedule having breakfast at 7pm or a burger at 5am just makes sense. Only negative I will give is a Jack In The Box problem I'm not per se this restaurant's problem. Jack in the Box will you please bring back your snack box. Then hit Schlotzsky's (yet another freakin' amazing restaurant, that has long since departed from my living space decades ago!!) down Loop 281 on the way out of your lovely and gorgeous town!! And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance, I hope you dance! Ordered the buttery jack Bacon and Swiss burger, curly fries, and a lemonade. $7.99. I ordered at 12:03 am and received food shortly after. They have that newer drink machine where you can add almost any flavor you can think of to your beverage. Over 100+ choices. I didn't partake- just wanted to let it be known. The food was good. been to this location 3 times in past week and gotten decent service when it comes to the price. However, after waiting in a 20 min line to then ask for taco sauce and be told 'I put a handful in the bag' only to drive back across town and realize there wasn't even any in the bag. Proceeded to u-turn while calling restaurant just hoping someone could run out and give me a couple packets only to be hung up on repeatedly. Atleast say hello next time. i understand staff may be short at the time - hence the 2 stars instead of 1 - but Saturday night deserves more attention than what is obviously given. We were traveling through Longview Texas. Stopped for the night to rest. So we decided to get something to eat before settling in at the hotel. My son likes Jack in the Box. That is until tonight. After arriving at the restaurant almost 11 minutes BEFORE closing time, we placed our order to DINE IN. As they were making our order, it came to be 10:00pm. The employee, his name tag said KeyAaron, locked the doors. About 5 more minutes went by and we got our order. Only to be told that our order was fixed TO GO, because the restaurant was now closed. We were ALREADY IN THE RESTAURANT. We basically were told we had to go. Worst customer service ever. Went online and filled out a review. At the end I was asked to put my info in so someone could call me regarding this. I'm curious to see if someone actually gets in touch with me. Something bad has happened here. May be why others are closing. Been eating at Jack's all my life so I know Jack In The Box. Had a rib eye burger which was so great and juicy in Lufkin in November. It was so dry and tasteless it was hard to get down. Wife got a supreme croissant and it was soggy. Won't be going back and that is a shame. I have loved Jack In The Box all my life, especially the regular tacos and the old Bonus Burger from so many years ago with the secret sauce. read more

The customer service is non-existent. We pulled to the speaker box and waited and nothing. We saw they were busy so we waited and waited for over 5 minutes. Well first experience was great, and the second, but then the 3rd. Definitely not a charm! Could very much tell different employees where working that night! First got there and had to wait like 5 min threw drive threw and went threw with the order, after setting there for about 20 mins after ordering finally gave us our meals. When got to hotel with order and sat down to eat, the food was just sopping in grease! This wasn't anything we haven't order the first 2 times it was the same thing from previous 2 orders. It was ridiculously greasy!!! Just soaking out of the bag you put food in. And then on top of the long wait and I mean extremely long for a FAST FOOD restaurants. The order wasn't even completed. Had serval tacos missing from the order. You can very much tell the difference in the employee working that night than the other 2 times we had went there. They also was rude unlike the few times before after waiting to get our order they just open window and handed us our meal. There was no sorry for the wait, thank you, come again, Sorry we are to lazy to do our job and have much better things to do then our actual jobs! It's like if you don't like your job get a different one and someone else who need that job can take it and do much better! Instead of just setting there drawing a pay check for your rudeness and sloppyness. Take pride in your work! Even if it is at a fast food restaurants. Everyones has to start somewhere,but not with that crappie service!
