THIS was by far the worst service by any manager I have ever come in contact with. It's a holiday weekend and there are a lot of people on the road. We decide to go to the drive thru to order wait 25 min because we are stuck in between cars and no one can go forward or backwards only to find out when we get up to the order speaker/order board no one acknowledges us. There is no sign on the board to pull forward but we do because we waited another 10 min for a response with no avail. When we get to the window an associate says the drive thru is CLOSED...what it's states 24 hours. She then said yeah our machine is broken and the drive-thru is closed I asked speak to a manager and another associate comes up by the name of Tiffany and says she's the manager and states the drive-thru is closed I asked her why wasn't there a sign on the drive-thru ordering machine to let everyone know that the window was closed she replied corporate was closed so I cannot put a sign on the drive thru machine. Are you kidding me your the MANAGER! Make an executive decision and do the right thing. I asked for the store number she rattled off four digits very quickly and close the window. We placed our order in less than five minutes. While my favorite is the Double-Double Animal Style, I usually opt for either Combo #1 or Combo #2 when I'm on the road. My wife, on the other hand, is a big fan of their Double-Double Protein Style. Our order was ready in less than ten minutes. I needed to return to the counter to get some half-and-half for my coffee and extra spread for my wife. The associate assisted me quickly and greeted me with a big smile, which I always appreciate, especially during busy times. After enjoying our lunch, we got back on the road with big smiles on our faces.
