umm came here after a very long night in the hospital because i hadnt eaten in a few days and was craving curly fries. my husband orders it online and goes to pick it up. right off the bat the worker says "oh so YOURE the one who ordered this big a** order!!" (a kids meal, his meal, and two shakes, respectively.) husband gets all the way home, opens the single bag our absolute huge order was in, and neither of our fries are in there. bless his heart he drives 20 minutes back to get the fries and ask if theyll remake my two chicken tenders and his mini tacos, considering they are now an hour old. the man cusses my husband slams the window in his face and walks away. this is the fries straight out of the bag . ill never understand people in customber service roles who clearly hate customers. do literally any other job. please. read more

Came through on July 16 around 4 pm. I mis-ordered and forgot to get the mustard off my burger. The manager on shift, didn't catch her name but she was wearing a red shirt. She took care of me and fixed my mistake quickly and personally. Grateful for her. Appreciate her customer service and will be back again in a couple of weeks because of her. Grabbed a bite for lunch via drive thru after an appointment at the nearby medical center. Drive thru line was 3 cars deep, but for the time it took you would have thought there were 9 cars. With the wait, I was at least hoping they were cooking up all fresh stuff, but sadly my fries were room temperature. Chicken tenders and sweet tea were solid, no complaints there. Service was ok. Associate who took my order at the speaker was less than thrilled to be doing so, but the fella at the window was very friendly and acknowledged the wait. While I cannot speak to the condition of the interior, the parking lot is in rough shape. Additionally, getting in and out can be pretty sketch, so be careful when doing either. Overall, not that I am in this area a lot, but when I am, I will probably look for another quick serve spot. read more

I grabbed a bite to eat at Jack in the Box. We don't have them in my area so jumped at the chance. Service was ok, not bad, but the restaurant was really dirty and disorganized. I have tried this location two times and on top of the nasty attitudes of the staff that works at night and the full quality. I definitely won't be back. I hadn't been to a "Jack In the Crack" for over 30 years, so I can't begin to tell you how excited I was to accidentally find this West Coast favourite on our mini-vacation to Nashville!!! My wife is from England and I was telling her about "Jack In the Crack" stories from my days back in Los Angeles. I usually used to just hit the drive thru, back in the day, but I wanted to take advantage so we went in. First impression, the dining area was spotless, that bathrooms were super clean and the people who worked there was digging on my "Jack In the Crack" vibe. My wife ordered a breakfast platter, because it was like 10am, but I had to go with the burger and fries. It was all delicious!!! I know I am way too hyped about this Jack In the Box, but I don't care. So many things change over the years, it's just good to see that "Jack In the Crack" hasn't!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! read more

This was by far the worst experience I have probably had at a fast food chain. We are in TN visiting and I had never tried Jack in the Box. So we decide to go on our last night. The gentleman that took our order kept saying what else can I get you? Small medium or large? We were trying to tell him we have never been here. He could care less. The menu said they had Coke zero he said they didn't. We asked for a salad he says we do not have salads. We order and a young lady takes our payment and gives us our receipt. When she hands us our drinks we ask which drink is what?she seemed bothered. What are we supposed to try each drink to know what is what? This guy comes out and hands us our food says nothing. We say thank you. He closes the window and locks it. We have no clue if we have everything or if our food has been tampered with. Truly a disappointment. $30 spent that went to the trash. WE WANT TACOS!! Yes, I can get 2 Tacos for a buck and a dime at Jack In The Box! We stopped at the Jack In The Box in Hermitage for breakfast since it was walking distance from our motel and Jack In The Box is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I've eaten at several Jack In The Box restaurants on my rides through SoCal, which is at the top of my list for good fast eats at good prices. This location is modern and very clean. The bright dining area with sky roof is fully carpeted with green plants, tables and booths. The breakfast and regular menu is offered anytime and the calorie counts are posted alongside the menu offerings. I enjoy the sourdough steak melt, grilled breakfast sandwiches, chicken teriyaki bowl, ice cream shakes, and value menu items. My friend ordered a Grilled Breakfast Sandwich Combo ($4.09 plus tax) with Hash Browns and Coffee and I ordered a 10 pc Churros ($1.99), 2 Tacos ($1), and an Iced Coffee ($1.89). The staff was very friendly and manager was keeping the kitchen staff in line reminding them to "wear gloves." The hot breakfast sandwich was BIG and tasty which had ham, eggs, cheese and grilled sourdough bread. The hash browns were crispy and slightly greasy. The churros stuffed with caramel came out nice and hot, crispy outside and gooey inside and smothered with lots of cinnamon sugar, soooo good!!! The crispy beef tacos were great! The coffee was very good too! All I can say is that this is cleanest Jack In The Box I've been to! I only wish that there were Jack In The Box locations in the northeast US, especially near my home in Southern NH. sigh... read more

I routinely order from this location. I work late so it's nice to have a place that is open to accommodate. I am, however, starting to order less and less. Out of the last 5 times I've ordered, I haven't received a single packet of taco sauce, despite specifically requesting some. One delivery driver told me they said they didn't carry it. We waited in the drive thru line for 10+ minutes before we even got to the speaker when there was only one person ahead of us. When we got to the speaker we waited another 10 minutes trying to get their attention and then they finally talked to us and said they can't take our order for a while because there is only three people working. Came in today 3/8/2020 there was a car blocking the drive through entrance. I notified the staff when I entered and was informed the drive through was shut down. The staff did not have on gloves or hats. They were out of most of the items I requested. My order was done incorrectly and instead of making the proper concession"I said just put cheese on it " I was met attitude. By a ywomen who stated she was off the clock anyway. Which perplexed me because she was working the cash register. So I requested a refund and asked that she provide better customer service next time. She then asked for my empty cup back.
