Triple bonus jack. Tiny patties
Paul I.

I got the $4.99 double burger special. I like that they give curly fries as an option, but the patties in the burger are quite small. I got what I paid for. The dining area was clean and staff is pretty nice.

Chocolate shake

I asked for a chocolate shake instead i hot some weird peppermint chocolate shake the first red flag for me was the color then then the taste really threw me off i didnt ask for peppermint and if i wasnt in a rush i would have gone back

Dangerous deep hole by the drive thro eatery
Swev ..

U need to show my review don't hide it or delete I will post it again about what happened! Right now today on 3/11/2021 at around 11:15 pm just order it a sandwich and I asked the workers for like 4 times no cheese on my sandwich please !! I got my and I left I opened the box it's not what I ordered I had to drive back to the store inside the plaza store there's a very very dangerously deep hole in the ground by the drive through at Jack in the box my car got into that hole and damaged my car and my tire and got a flat tire when I went back to the store I told what happened they were not curious at all regarding my situation or the order that did wrong so they didn't care at all and they didn't offer my a free order back after all what happened to me and my car over order price was 3.64 ! $ i ended up not getting food or going to my work and my car got damaged!!! Plus was very cold ! This location place needs attention and also they need to fix the drive-through entrance because it's not safe at all I believe they are fully Responsible for what happened !!!! For all customers be carful there a gap hole next to the drive way entry don't drive your car to that location your car will be damaged!

Chicken Patty for the Homestyle Chicken Ranch Sandwich
Aly D.

It's 2021 and we still don't have an option to leave no stars ! ORDER YOUR FOOD FRESH!!! If you have to wait...WAIT! CHECK YOUR FOOD! Be CERTAIN they made it right. Poor quality food, service, and hospitality. I ordered a Homestyle Chicken Sandwich. The location wasn't busy, I only got the sandwich and fries, so I thought it'll be made right. I get my order at 1308 (1:08pm) and I get to where I am going at 1320 (1:20pm), so 12 minutes right... My fries were still hot, but once I bit into my chicken sandwich, BRAHHH it was the oldest piece of chicken I've ever bit into. YALL PLEASE TELL THEM YOU WANT YOUR FOOD FRESH. Because they clearly d.g.a.f... (See pictures below)

Disrespectful and rude!

Worst service ever!!! Rude and disrespectful! Do not come here unless you want the worst service. Take your money to Carl's next door!

Tasterschoice ..

I like Jack-in-the-Box because like every month they bring out something new ....the menu is always changing With new stuff! So couple days ago I tried the fish combo which is only like four bucks and you can't beat that enough for four bucks you get a sandwich and some fries and So I think the last time I had a fish fillet it was at McDonald's and that was like almost 20 years ago unless you count Long John Silver's and they don't have that around here anymore.... Everything is always good at Jack-in-the-Box except their freaking fries??? I really think their fries are disgusting even with ketchup on top and I think that's why they offer the curly fries which taste a little bit better.... But besides that they're always on point with the food especially breakfast.... there egg cheese and bacon croissants are bomb!!

No extra cheese or extra bacon
Monica R.

When I ordered..and paid for extra cheese and extra bacon on my bacon cheddar potato wedges I did not get either and I feel like I got less wedges than other Jack's. So maybe not order these at this one

Y'all call this medium fries???

They seemed too rushed to even fill my fries properly. I should have just ordered a kids size if I knew I'd leave with this.

Bacon cheddar fries with little to no bacon or cheddar
Larry R.

$3 for bacon cheddar fries that barely have bacon or cheddar... These should be called cheddar & bacon FAVORED fries. Then maybe people would understand that this location never tops anything with the topping they're paid for. Inspect your food while sitting in the drive way. This location is notorious for screwing over people on their lunch hour...

The vibe here was buzzing. The place was crowded so you know it's a popular spot among the people that live in the area. I got four tacos with a variety of meats and some Horchata. I arrived to my destination to eat my tacos I open up the foil and this is what I found very messy and disgusted I couldn't even pick it up to eat one because it was so so messy so I wrap them back up in the same foil and came back to the restaurant. I informed that cashier lady that I wanted my tacos redone by placing them correctly. The cooker ended up just separating same tacos and putting them in a plate I told him no that's not how you serve tacos when you have 3 different meats especially if they're in some sauce. Then another kind gentleman came and said he will go ahead and make three new tacos individually wrapped. I apologize for not getting his name Carmelo was not happy with me but either was I with him So here are some photos on how I receive in the beginning and then how I received at the end.

Found this gem of a taco spot that is just as good as the best I've had anywhere I've had in Southern California. They're usually open late, the portions are pretty darn large, and the prices are more than reasonable. They have a great assortment of toppings and salsas and make their tortillas fresh. This place pretty much checks all the important boxes for me personally when it comes to taco spots I love. I came here late at night and the line wasn't too crazy. Not as lively as more popular spots I've been to, but there were a few people in line. You do get the vibe that this spot is a favorite among locals. I ordered a vampiro (crunchier tortilla with a layer of caramelized cheese that holds the meat and toppings) with asada and two al pastor tacos. Usually, I can eat that easily, but with the portions here, it was a bit of a chore. The smoky flavors and fresh toppings and salsa were all on point. The horchata I got to wash everything down was also very good. A true gem of a spot in the Inland Empire.

Trying to find a place along the strip was pretty hard. We asked someone where to go for food and they even mentioned for us to go to Rancho if we wanted something fancy. But with traffic and going the opposite direction, that made the decision to stay. Let me say, Fontana does have a lot of Mexican restaurants to choose from. Good in a sense but bad as you don't know which one is good. We originally stopped off at a place that was recommended but from the look out front, they were renovating while the place was still open. It just didn't looked welcoming. It could have but first impression wasn't there. Hence we ended up here which was literally a minute or so from it. Theres a massive parking lot for the restaurant. As we were walking in, they do have a pretty big patio area that looks out to the lot. There's also a section that inside. We didn't know that you would have to order at the counter and the seat yourself. Found that out later. The inside section was smaller but it's where you would go if you wanted the ac. It was hot but bearable so we were ok with sitting outside. Menu, a bit of everything. Downfall, we did asked if they had happy hour as that what we were looking for but they didn't. The cashier didn't really understand what we meant but said they had it on Tuesday which was odd for one day. She probably meant taco Tuesday specials. Oh, they don't serve alcohol so there goes happy hour...lol... Food, we got an order of the enchiladas plate which came with beans and rice for a really affordable price. It was pretty filling and quite nice. I was craving ceviche but they didn't really have it but did have tostada with shrimp cocktail. It was decent but too sweet for me. That wasn't too filling so ordered some of the street tacos. They're quite small so a few were ordered. The Al pastor tends to be my go too but these were a little on the overcooked and dry side. The birria was quite nice and juicy. And lastly the carnitas, it was good and cooked well but overall the birria was the winner. Food was good so that was nice. Just didn't like the ordering first and seating yourself. They also had a salsa bar with 4 choices to choose from as well as hot beans where you can serve yourself. That's a first with the beans for me as I've never been to a place where you can serve yourself beans. Plus chips are an additional fee. Overall, the place was nice. Tacos and enchiladas were great.
