But tonight... the man that took my order also touched my curly fries with his bare hands... after touching everything else including cash. It is usually really good..I go there frequently...but this night it was as fresh as usual.

Went through to grab dinner and had a great experience. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the speaker and my questions were answered cheerfully. When I asked for no salt they made sure to ask if it was just for the fries or if the burger needed to be no salt as well, awesome. I pulled up to the window and had my hot fresh food within a few minutes, and it wasn't thrown together sloppily. Everyone was smiling and cheerful it was great. read more

Maybe my memory of a sourdough jack is faulty, but I remembered it being very tasty. Greasy and so good. After several years of not having the sourdough jack, I finally got it, and I was a bit disappointed. There was hardly any sourdough taste and the bread/bun was on the dry side. What happened to the grease? The burger patty itself was ok, nothing special. The place was not crowded when I was there during lunch time on a weekend. It took a while for the staff to attend to you as they were busier on the drive thru orders. Clean place so it makes a good pit stop if you need a break from driving on the I-5. read more

This review is not about this particular location, instead its about Jack in the Box in general. First, it is a huge corporation that like many other huge corporations, share price is the most important issue, not customers. They buy in bulk the cheapest most cost effective ingredients they can get away with, while paying their labor as little as possible. It really is all about maximizing how much is removed from your wallet and what they spend to satisfy the end purchase. Margins are the most important issue, not the quality of foods. Not to beat up on just Jack, It's simply the way of corporate America now. We are sheep, they are the ranchers. I give 2 stars for convenience, although I rarely go there. Context: I am reviewing this Jack in the Box as a fast-food restaurant. Sometimes, people compare these places to fine dining establishments which charge 20x as much for a meal, which just seems ludicrous to me. It's not fair to ding them for not being what they're not trying to be. Okay... all the caveats aside. This place gave us the best Jack in the Box experience in memory. Everything was done extra well. The food was cooked right (chicken and tacos noticeably well-fried), the portion was good (tacos plump, not chintzy), and even the presentation on the tray was beautiful. You can tell when people care about what they're doing, and someone back there went above and beyond. Service was friendly and quick, and parking was free in their lot. Bottom line: We were just passing through, but I might eat here more often if I were nearby and needed a quick meal. read more

I love jack in the box, but this location is terribly understaffed. I usually place online orders for drive through and haven't had any issues, but today they claimed they didn't receive my order. So I double checked the email confirmation and checked my credit card account to verify that I was actually charged for the order before walking into the store to resolve the issue. I waited for 10 minutes at the checkout counter in the store while the staff didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I tried calling the store to resolve the issue, but no answer. I'll make the drive to the Bellingham location from now on. read more

Do not go here!!! Food poisoning happened after eating their kids chicken nuggets. If you want to projectile vomit in the middle of the night then this is your place to go! They have gone from kind of gross to super gross. Oh and also the Soggy greasy not cooked fries have a unique flavor that will give you the urge to poop your pants later. Walked in the door, only two other people in the dining area, noticed gal at the soda machine, it looked to be malfunctioning and she was tapping on the automatic screen to figure out what was wrong. No one else at the order counter but employees behind counter seemed to be focusing on something I could not see behind the wall next to the counter. A few minutes later, a gal who seemed to be mgr. said "it'll just be a minute". Gal still working on soda machine. About 5 min later, which my gut told me to leave as something is wrong, I did not. Regret. While waiting for someone to take my order, I used the restroom. No TP. Simple two minute check of restrooms a few times a day would aleviate that issue. Finally mgr. took my order then went around counter to work on soda machine which was shaking and moving like I have never seen. Waited another 5 min, my order to go was ready. Mgr. told employee, "she wants to use the soda machine". Employee stepped back, the sodas I chose spit out in the cup. Again, I went against my instinct to leave, got my soda and went on my way. With in a few hrs, I got ill. Had nothing else to eat that day. Was ill into the next day. I have been to that location before and no issues. Something or someone is making this place substandard. To the owner of this location... better check on your business more often. read more

This location is SLOW and you only get the correct order about half the time I am done giving them a chance and suggest you do as well

I drove through today about 7:30 PM on Sunday. Nobody else was there. The girl was impatient with me. There was nobody in the drive through. I placed my order. When I got home I found I did not get what I ordered. This was my first time at this Jack In The Box. I called the restaurant and the phone rang and rang. Nobody answered.
