I have to say , the folks working at jack in the box go out of their way to make sure they get your order correct and as fast as they can. Recently after a black out , their computer Was down but they helped everyone in line anyway as many people just outside of town had no power. The food is always hot, tasty and they have a good variety on the menu. The app is awesome to pre order , find the specials and also try something news ! Oh and I always get my dog a dog patty when we go there. She knows now and practically talks to the staff. It's hilarious. read more

I was staying at a local campground and sorely need morning coffee. Saw how busy the other coffee shops were and wasn't going wait a half hour in any line. Zipped into JITB and got a TERRIFIC cup of coffee. Normally I only have one cup, but went back for a 2nd cup. The staff there was very helpful and offered terrific service. Thanks guys for a great trip. read more

This location had the best employee BO! He is so good at customer service and really is a genuine honest employee. I keep coming back solely for the great experience e I have each time. I even tipped him $5.00 for great service going through the drive through. Thanks BO read more

I'm tired of lousy service. The sign touts breakfast all day but you have to purchase the entire platter with no substitutions. No I don't want French toast sticks, I'm wheat sensitive. And their answer to it was to throw them away. No option to add more bacon, hash browns or anything else. No reason provided, no offer of options nothing but that's what it it is. Honestly- that's not acceptable. read more

I'm not really sure if words are needed for this here abomination, but I sure have some. Be advised... The Dr.Pepper was spicier than a half moldy Carolina reaper, so the 2 star rating is just and fair.. spot on with the beverage, it was excellent. BUT... What in the quail meat, 'honey-I-shrunk-the' burger is this?? I can't believe I accidentally took a bite of this cow patty before checking. They say the camera adds a few pounds, but I thought I would actually receive something larger than a can lid. I mean, my heavens, I genuinely believe they're serving me salamander or something they found in an Arby's trash can. I've since developed trust issues from this incurable ankle skin flavor, and it still haunts my taste buds. Shame on you, Jack! PS They also insist on sacrificing safety in order to wear their masks as stylish neck-beards as opposed to leaving them on their faces as intended. read more

The food was delicious and cooked correctly. The service was really great as well and as soon as we ordered our food was ready for us.

I stopped here on a trip and I found the restaurant to be clean. I ordered the sourdough burger with curly fries. I found the restroom was clean and in working order. The food came out quickly and my order was right. We ate inside and the sitting was fine, there was a homeless man and he keep to himself. They have a coke machine that you can mix your own flavors. The parking lot was clean too read more

Funny how the more screwed up things are the less likely you get a receipt ! Today I ordered a ribeye bacon burger. 3 pc egg rolls and the jacks faves with mozzarella sticks After 40 minutes, I was asked to pull around. Then they brought some food Burger, as ordered and adequate Egg rolls, to my surprise, hot and crispy, though I do think 1 packet of sauce per roll is needed Now, the fan faves with mozzarella (a $10 item). NOT EVEN CLOSE. I got a box of Jacks Munchie Mix with absolutely no sauce, no ketchup, and no marinara. (Pic and website both show it with 3 sauces). It was an extra big order, as if to hide the crap Sorry crew, but I did my 30 years in restaurant AND customer service. You blew it big time Jacks USED to be a favorite guilty pleasure stop. Note use of past tense Next time. Go to Crescent City, won't be eating your dreck! read more

my son and I went through the drive thru which seemed like it took forever with only 3 cars in the drive tru we get to the window and my teenage son who was driving was wondering what was taking so long. sam the manager gave his reasons and my son said "okay" and sam the manager kept arguing about it my son had the same response after every sentence "okay" until finally I got involved and told him to stop arguing with my son, then he refused to give us out food. after me getting upset i apologized for whatever reason im usote yet he still would not give us out drinks after we paid we had none to complain to as that was the manager read more

Try a ribeye, steak burger it will blow your mind I enjoy everything they serve. Their service is fast efficient and the food is yummy.

Writing this review because I was very satisfied with the customer service from Marsha. I had two separate orders & I was given my drinks for the 1st order. I drove off & she came outside with my drinks that I completely forgot for my 2nd order. Thank you Marsha. I appreciate you! read more

Visited here on a trip to Northern California, the police arrived as we were ordering our food, they had to escort a disgruntle employee outside apparently over a paycheck. During this time they messed up several orders, forgot bacon on a bacon cheeseburger also forgot 2 orders of fries and milkshakes. After we got all our food we sat down to sticky tables and chairs! The floor was dirty and our shoes stuck to it. This was our first and last time eating in a Jack in the box restaurant read more

It is what it is. It really depends on the time of day you go and if they are in a hurry. I've gotten the best and worst from this place. If they are super busy the food will take forever and will be a mess. Can't beat those tacos after a few beers read more

When you walk into a restaurant and ask members of the staff "What would you suggest (to eat)?", and their response is roaring laughter, rolling their eyes at each other, and then a sarcastic " Well I guess if I had to eat something...well people tend to order the cheese burgers." Walk out right away! Which is what I wish we did. I will never eat at a Jack in the Box again. read more

On March 25 2020 at 16:23 hours I placed an order with Jack in box totaling approximately 20.00. I was the only person in line. When I received the food I drove 3 miles to destination. The food was cold, not thoroughly cooked, and ingredients I ordered and paid for were not on the two burgers. I attempted to call several times no one would pick up the phone. I called corporate which is automated and informed me a manager would call between 0800 hours and noon. No phone call. Additionally the lady Danial served the food without gloves through window. In midst of Cov19 you would think servers would be required to wear gloves and mask. Not at Jack in box. The food went to neighborhood dogs as it was not fit to eat. I highly suggest avoiding this place due to unsanitary conditions. read more

Selling Carne Asaada fries, at full price, WITHOUT Guacamole. It's only got 3 ingredients and they are selling it with only 2 of the 3 ingredients!!?? Fries are good, however. Really???? Just left there and only ordered 3 things and they couldn't even get that right. Left out my kids Jr bacon cheeseburger. I don't go here often and now I know why. If it's not getting the food wrong it's the rude workers. read more

I'm pretty much sure they spit in my drink and food. I looked inside my drink and tacos and found it to be unusually "syrupy" and poured them out or threw them away. With COVID 19 I'm sure they are assisting with the spread of it by being a bunch of disgruntled entitled acting ...immature workers. Never again. I'd rather go to Burger King or the grocery store to cook my own. read more

I got the worst food poisoning of my life after eating at this Jack in the Box. I thought I was gonna die! Or at least I wanted to.... I don't think I'll ever eat at any Jack in the Box again. At least the employees are always friendly. I'll give them that much. read more

We ordered a lot of food and we got shorted on our egg rolls and drink and missing straws to our drinks.

I stopped here one time while traveling through a few months back and totally caught a cold from the sneezy guy who ran the register. Awesome! I just wanted to give Ken some Kudos from yesterday. He was the best drive thru worker that I've ever experienced. It was easy to understand him through the speaker, he was friendly courteous... I prefer the food here more than McDonald's and Burger King, but it is more expensive. The staff messes up my order almost everytime I go through. It always tastes good so I'm usually not unhappy with what I receive, the staff is overall friendly, and the bathrooms are always clean. read more

Traveled here from Washington and usually love Jack in the box it I came here and the employees seemed impatient and rude, the medium fry we ordered was cold and half empty, my bacon and Swiss buttery Jack was stale as a cracker, my mini tacos were just a box of lettuce sauce and soggy taco shells and the chicken tenders were burnt, very upsetting experience read more

Pulled in on a travel day for a quick dinner and the place was dirty and disgusting. I didn't even want to touch the table I was sitting at. Food trays and food left on several tables, trash on the ground, it was cold outside and overwhelmingly hot in the restaurant. Didn't smell good either. Left quickly after feeding the kids. read more

Walked in and was helped right away. The staff was nice and helpful to me. Didnt have to wait in line or wait for my food. The food was make right away and given to me right after it was made. Slower than a pack of sloths and the food sucked. Teenagers who could care less. Waited in drive through 25 minutes.

Horrible place. I ordered 2 meals, 2 cheese burgers, and 2 tacos. My order came to 25 dollars and some change. Went and paid got my bag and drinks. I asked twice if that was it. They said yes both times. I got home looked in the bag and all I had was one meal and 2 tacos. I called them and told them. They were very rude and told me i can come back and get the rest of my order we'll I 20 min from town I wasn't going back. He said he can take my name down and I can get it the next day I said no I won't be making it to town tomorrow he said okay have a good night and hung up. Like are you serious? So pissed. came here at 11pm, on 3/17. The girl taking out order through drive thru was terribly rude. We were taking time to pick what we wanted. Just don't go. If I could give less stars I would. My trip through the drive thru took OVER an hour, it took almost 15 minutes just to place my order which wasn't put in for 20 minutes after (looking at the time on the receipt), I waited behind 2 cars that took 20 minutes to leave, after paying i was told to pull around to the front where we waited 10 minutes to have the lady run out and ask for our receipt (hers went missing?), another 10 minutes to have my food run out to me, as i was leaving another employee ran an additional bag and asked me to pull around into another line of cars to fix my order. All 4 people who ate got sick that night. When i called the next morning I was told a refund on my almost $50 order would be issued. When I arrived, I watched angry customers leaving because they weren't being helped, and I was denied all but $6 worth of my refund. I asked to speak with the manager to watch him literally hide behind kitchen equipment. Management is garbage there, their staff is kind but incompetent from what I've experienced, if you're going and the place isn't empty, keep driving. read more
