June 24th we stopped here around 5pm. We are on a family road trip, this place seemed decent as we needed gas with the 7 Eleven which sits just on the opposite side . I have never been to Jack in the Box and for my first experience it was not good. Site lacked cleanliness, Fountain drink machine not maintained, Drink Cups with black rings on the inside. The employee at the front didn't acknowledge us as he was on his phone. We have to eat at fast food places for road trips at times but i think we will just stick to the main ones. read more

I'm not a fan. I haven't eaten here for a long time but I decided to give it another try. I don't think I will try it again. Our food wasn't bad but it was below average. My chicken fajita pita was mostly iceberg lettuce between folded pita bread. There was very little chicken. My wife wasn't impressed with her spicy chicken sandwich either. The curly fries were pretty good. The restaurant has a 96.0 sanitation grade posted but it feels very unkept. As you enter, the flower beds are overtaken with weeds. The concrete sidewalks need to be pressure washed. They are really dirty. The inside floors need to be vacuumed, mopped, and swept. Everything could use a good wiping down. The chairs weren't pushed under the dining tables. The dining area was too warm as if the AC unit was struggling. read more

This place is horrible they block the drive thru in so you can't escape when they don't know how to do their jobs. Sat in line for 20 minutes to pick up a mobile order because I couldn't leave the drive thru. The employees get in no hurry to do their jobs and always mess something up which is ridiculous considering how long you have to wait just to get an order. The worst part is there is never anyone eating inside so all the have to do is worry about the drive thru and they can't even manage that. Honestly don't know why this place is still open I've only been here like 3 times and every time something goes wrong or it takes forever. It's in the name FAST food if I wanted to wait 30-40 minutes so would've sat down at a restaurant. Even as I'm typing this I'm still sitting in the drive thru because they messed up multiple items in the car ahead of mines order. read more

The food was not all that good they were out of a lot of things such as ranch,salad, and the purple Red Bull drink. The service was also not good at all almost all of the employees had in earphones. I don't hit prepare button without being physically close to store cause last time I did when I arrived I'd to waited 37 minutes in line app doesn't have cancel option food was super cold. I don't go here too often, but I have fond memories of this franchise since I was a kid, and you could order into the clown. Well, we went today because we wanted breakfast after a grueling trip to the airport and lots of errands. They offer a full menu 24 hours a day. I love that concept, but what we got was a mediocre breakfast with serious sanitary issues! I gave 3 stars because I sat in the drive thru for a good while. I got here and there are only two cars ahead of me. I get to the order speaker or whatever and start placing my order and the guy said hold on a moment so I said ok and then a chick comes on a minute or so later and asks for my order and mid way through the dude interrupts her and says no one moment and then she takes me order a few minutes later. After this (I was honestly already annoyed by being asked 3 times for my order) I pull around to the line and the same two cars are ahead of me and I still sat here for 10 minutes waiting. I'm still in the drive thru right now typing this review and there's still 1 car ahead of me and I placed my order 12 minutes ago (keep in mind I waited for several minutes to even order). I have wonderful memories of eating at Jack in the Box here in my neck of the woods (Norfolk & Va Beach, VA.) when I was a kid. However at some point while I was a teen they pulled out of the area and never came back. Much to my surprise I saw they were available while I was down in Charlotte last weekend and decided that I would grab a burger on my way out of town. I popped into this Concord location and the building looked pretty cool, nothing like the buildings 70's era design that remains in my area. The staff was friendly and I ordered the Classic Buttery Burger with some curly fries and an iced tea. After a short wait they handed me a tray with everything freshly made and I took a seat and prepared to eat my meal. Then ARG! So let's just pull the bandaid off. This burger stunk. No I don't mean it smelled bad, it didn't. It was dressed well, the meat was fresh, it was cooked properly. It's just a bad burger. I felt like I was eating something from a Murray's steaks. The thing was just beyond sub par. End rant. Everything else about my burger was fine, Bun, toppings, etc. The curly fries were also excellent. If anyone from Jack in the Box ever reads this, guys you need to change your burger patties. Everyone's is better than this turd. I've been told the taco's are good, and the chicken sandwiches as well so next time I try a Jack in the Box I'll go that route. But I'll never eat one of those beef patty's again. I've been to a few Jack in the Box's before. I was excited to go to this one because it was close to my house. I will never go back this location. It's May 10th, 2020 and I ordered a burger and there was a long red hair infused with my burger and cheese. With all these new safety measures going on this should be something Jack in the Box has under control and taken care of to not ever happen. I will be sure to not ever go back to this location again. Really grossed out by it and very disappointed that something like this could even happen. read more

If I could give no stars, I would ! We stopped here for a quick bite after a long day shopping. Just wanting to eat real quick & get home to our beds was a big factor in our "fast food" choice. Some of us waited 45 MINUTES before we received our orders ! 45 MINUTES !!!!!! They completely forgot about us & when asked what the heck was going on, they tried to tell us what we ordered & give us other people's food. In that time waiting I also saw plenty of people come in from the drive-thru with wrong orders. Growing up, Jack in the Box was a favorite stop. The tacos! What can I say? They're greasy, crunchy and so addicting we usually order at least 8 when we stop in. Today, Along with our tacos, my family ordered a chicken fajita pita, an ultimate cheeseburger, an order of egg rolls and a ham and cheese melt. The only thing that went unfinished was the ham and cheese melt. Honestly, we seriously go here just for the tacos anyway. We got friendly service and it was clean and our food came quickly. Current health rating was 100 the day we went in. Fast food, yes. Not the highest quality I'm sure but, sometimes it's ok to indulge once in a while. Next time we are down this way, we'll probably stop in again. A little taco nostalgia is nice every so often. read more

Stopped by a few months ago. I've had JITB on the west coast so I was glad to see one in my new hometown. Came by with the family and was treated rudely by the hoodrat in the window. This place is disgusting. We pulled up, drove by the windows so heavily covered in fingerprints that you couldn't see through them, and got in the drive thru. We were greeted with a rude hold on and left to sit there for about ten mins. After we were sick of sitting there, but unable to get out of the drive thru because it is only one lane, another person came on the speaker and in barely intelligible English rudely asked us what do you want. We asked to speak to a manager and he said the manager was too busy to deal with customers. Hungry and sick of waiting, we were finally able to pull away from the drive thru line. A glance in the window made us glad we wouldn't be eating there. The place was dirty, garbage all over the floor and counters. Looked like it hadn't been wiped down in years. Love me some Jack in the Box! Another one of those West Coast chains that of course ends up in Charlotte, and I'm failing to see the bad reviews! Yes it's a burger chain, but if you know what to get you'll be like wowed! It's the quirky things like the French Toast sticks that are incredible and light! The crunchy tacos that are simple, small, but addictive! The egg rolls which again are simple, not large, but very tasty! The chicken tenders are excellent, as well as the fries! The sourdough sandwiches for breakfast are some of my favorites, and can be ordered 24 hours a day! Don't over complicate things, and just order the quirky items! Well, our first visit was amazing. We went back and we're all excited. We put in our order and the woman who took it gave us nothing but attitude. Then while we are at the window she is mocking our order than yelling about us adding something extra while we were still at the drive thru menu. Needless to say we left and went somewhere else.
