Been a long tile since I've been to any fast food restaurant that brought out my food and it was all hot. Burger, tacos and fries all hot at the same time. I like that they didn't have a bunch of tacos sandbagged waiting for someone to order them. They were made fresh. The only thing that bothered me here was the soda machine didn't work so I had to bother them and wait for a refill. The workers don't really control that though. I do with that JIB but s a whole would split the condiments across both buns. Put the mustard and ketchup on the bottom and the mayo on the top etc. Because it's so much. I even asked for no ketchup and didn't know it also came with mustard. And it was sloppy as all get out. Couldn't imagine if it had ketchup too. I'd have to eat it with a fork and knife and wear a baby bib. The individual locations just do what corporate says though so that really has nothin to do with them. All in all they did a great job today in my opinion. read more

What great service!! I haven't been to a Jack in the Box in about fifteen years, so while on a cross country road trip, we just happened to stop here in our way back to Florida. The cashier, Yvette, was so sweet. She complimented our obscure band tees and totally knew what she was talking about. She then asked where I was from and I told her Serbia, and she said really nice words about my home country because she was totally up to date with current events. She brought us our food and extra napkins and even her interaction with the gentleman sitting behind us was so cordial and sweet. Her customer service was absolutely great. Oh, yeah, I was SO impressed by how hot and fresh the food was and my fries were piping hot, which is what I prefer. All in all, totally great experience. Night shift is horrible I was waiting 15 mins saying hello so I can order my food no one says anything & when I order they said to wait in the front so I go & one of the girls worker that wears glasses yelled at me for not being closer to the door if this is how there workers work go somewhere else they all need better training or a new jobs read more

This review is just a complaint i actually sent to corporate. It's extremely long, so i just copied & pasted :) I stopped at this Jack In The Box to pick up a chocolate shake for my aunt, and a coffee for myself at 8:27pm on 04/10/13. I got up to the drive thru window and proceeded with my order. "May i please get a large coffee, and a large chocolate shake", I asked. The employee said, "We don't sell coffee at this time." So i said, "I will just take the shake then". She then asks me what kind and what size, after i had already told her, but i went ahead and just repeated myself. I pull up and proceed to wait all the while thinking, "I've came here numerous times and have ordered coffee at this time of night or even later. It also occurred to me that this is the only franchise that is known for serving breakfast all day. Why do they not sell coffee at this time?" Maybe the workers just don't want to put in the effort to make it because not a lot of people order coffee at this time? Oh but wait, if it's on the menu shouldn't you provide it unless you don't have any in stock? Having none available at the moment would have been a better answer than, "we don't serve it at this time." It's just not ok, Jack In The Box does a great deal advertising everything it has on it's menu. "Premium Roast Coffee", that's the catch phrase isn't? Anyway I get to the window, she repeats my order to me and hands me the shake. Instead of the nice big round tops that usually come on the shakes if you order whip cream and a cherry she gives me a cup with a flat lid. So disappointing. She tells me my total, and i give her a $10 bill. She then asks me, "Would you like to wait for your change, its going to be a few seconds we need to get more change." I tell her, "Yes, I would please." What's really going on in my head is, "Duh! I'm not just going to drive off and leave you $6+ in change! I proceed to wait, and watch her as she doesn't go get my change but starts fixing the next bag of food for the customer waiting behind me. I see another male employee walking around with his shirt all untucked and his pants hanging down low. Then finally another young lady comes to the window, and asks "Did you order a shake?". I explain to her, "Yes i did, and now i'm waiting on my change that the other lady said she was getting for me but has yet to do so." She then says to the other lady, where is her money? And she points that she put it on the side of the register. I watch her as i wait. There were all sorts of bills crinkled and folded up on top of counter/drawer. She shoves them underneath the monitor of the register, and then gets my money out of the drawer. The same drawer that had yet to even be refilled, as the first lady had told me it had to be in order to give me my change. She hands me my change, but no receipt. She proceeds to leave the window half way open, and i have to yell to get her attention so i can get a receipt. I hardly ever write complaints to franchise businesses. The only other time i've had to do it ironically was again with a different Jack In The Box location. However, when i see just a utter lack of care and attentiveness going on at businesses i have to speak up. I too work in customer service setting, and I would never act and let myself be portrayed as someone who doesn't care about their job. Especially at times like this. Now i know it's just a fast food restaurant, and the people working there might be fresh out of high school or maybe even in college, but it really makes the overall company look bad. All companies should have a handle on what kind of people they hire i truly believe. It has taken me quite awhile to return to Jack In The Box, all because of my previous encounter when a worker tried to steal money from me, but i eventually did. And i do frequent this location quite a bit because its nearest my house, but because of this I'm not sure if i will ever again. I'm not looking for an apology, all i want is for the company to know how i and probably many others feel. This has been a very long comment, but as you can probably tell by now i just really wanted to get my point across. So many things went wrong during this one visit, and it could have been prevented and avoided. I would like the owner of this restaurant to know what goes on when he/she is not there. I went today to order 2 tacos and a regular mocha iced coffee. I asked for easy ice and when I started drinking it, I noticed that it was full of ice! I did not go back but I am forsure not going back to this jack in the box. The tacos did taste good, I have no complaint about that. I also noticed that the drive thru floor was full of trash. They need to be careful with that, it made me not want to go back again because it looked dirty. read more
