What great staff! Over and above to help us with understanding the menu and make the best selections. Clean with clean bathrooms. Plus I've not seen a fast food restaurant that is all in for ordering kiosks. Thank you for having counter staff. Food was great, hot and milkshake was delicious. read more

Stopped for a meal while traveling through, so rude! Did not help us at ALL, after several minutes, an employee looked up and said for us to use the kiosk and kept doing something else. There were 0 customers waiting for food in the store or the drive thru, there's no reason why someone could just take our order. After 10 minutes of trying to figure out how to order just the burger and not the combo and being completely ignored, we left. I will not spend my money to keep people with no customer service skills employed in customer service. Do better. read more

SERIOUS HYGIENE CONCERNS While I was inside, I witnessed a cook leave the restroom without washing her hands. That alone is alarming, but when we brought it to the attention of one of the front workers, we were told that "cooks wash their hands in the back because they need hot water." 1 The water does get hot in the bathroom -- I personally used it. 2 Even if protocol is to wash in the back, there is nothing wrong with washing twice -- especially after using the restroom. Not washing in the bathroom means they touch the door handles with dirty hands, which every guest touches after washing their own hands. They also touch the kitchen door, bringing those germs straight into the food prep area. To make matters worse, the worker we told about the issue left the kitchen and went back in after touching the same door the cook used. So now he's spreading those germs to the register, the sauces, food he's handing out and anywhere else he touched. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of the hygiene concerns, almost every soda option was out. The only drinks available were diet or zero sugar selections -- everything else was empty. I really hope management takes this seriously before someone gets sick. Cleanliness and basic food safety shouldn't ever be optional -- especially in a restaurant serving the public. read more

What are dump. The district manager for this place should be fired. It is dirty and run down. Maybe they should not change you for a soda if the soda fountain is broken and there is no ice. read more

Yo fuck this location. Dr Pepper was flavorless, burger was comically over sauced and they forgot a fork with my sauced potato wedges. I get that it's fast food but these mfs really don't give a fuck. Go to the McDonald's down the street read more

This place is a s*** hole , employees are super rude, they take back food back on their side of the counter after giving it out due to getting the order wrong (food handler/violation!!!!! I would never go back to this Jack in the Box first I was given cold tacos and burgers then when I went back to get my food redone he gave me attitude his name was Juan one of the worst managers ever after he put in request to make another one they took 15 minutes I asked them for a drink and they wouldn't even give me one and after they gave me my food the girl with the colored hair just laughed and said that this time she made the food right I'll never go back there and I'd recommend nobody does on top of that there's been multiple times where they do cash only and I don't see the cash going to the register so they're doing some kind of stuff on the side read more

Yuck! Order was wrong food is trash. Service is horrible! Price is ridiculous! Will be getting my money back on way or another! Calling corporate and complaining about them. I don't know how you all stay in business but I would not be sad if you shut every Jack in the Box down! Gross! read more

The employees are stealing money. All throughout the day they take card and cash but whenever it comes to the night time they only take cash. Thought to myself that's suspicious. I'm pretty sure the employees are running this business at night like this to pocket money. I once had this situation happen,so I went across the street to get cash out of an ATM and when I got back they took the Card from the person in front of me. So that tells me they couldn't steal from that order so they took Card. But if it's something the business can't account for like french fries or something I'm pretty sure that's the reason why they only take cash. Annoying fucks. read more

I like going to this place but they need to give more food. I ordered medium curly fries but got shorted. They filled the medium size with a small size amount. Half of those fries were also dry. Whoever is working inside needs to stop being stingy with fries. Besides they're not coming out of your pockets! On a good note they are always fast with the mobile orders. My food is always ready when I get there. read more

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. Not only did they get my order wrong, but when they remade it, there was a bunch of oil in the bag that the tacos were inside of. It was quite disappointing and took away from my dining experience... not only that but this is a serious health and safety hazard that I hope gets resolved. read more

Stopped here once when passing through, the food was decent, when ordering the woman said, "curly fries or regular?" I said, "definitely curly" with a giggle, she laughed and proceeded... They gave regular fries... We also ordered two drinks, but received only one straw. Check your bag before pulling away! read more

I got regular fires when I asked for curly fries. I'm very sad. I am very passionate about curly fries and I hate regular fries. It ruined my day. My day was already trashy because my grandpa died. read more

Yeah, this Jack In the Box is garbage. And the employees are garbage. Every time I come here they have "technical difficulties" with their card machine and they only accept cash. They don't tell you until you're about to order so you get stuck behind someone and you can't back out of the drive through because someone pulled up behind you. And they still let SOME people use a card for $50 orders but they won't take everyone's card. They should put a sign on the first order box saying they can only take cash, but that would require common sense. Someone needs to be held accountable for these inconsistencies. read more

I'm getting sick and tired of these places shutting their lobby to foot traffic because of Covid if you're in a semi truck or towing a trailer you can't go through the drive-through and when they lock the lobby doors and look at you like you're stupid it pisses me off. It's got to be laziness it's all I can see think. Not coming back!!! read more

Yet another fast food review. I am starting to think that I may need to reevaluate my life... So this is another Jack in the Box (in case you see this, Hi Jack!, I am a huge fan of yours!) and to be honest, there isn't anything that special about this one. it is a typical Jack in the Box with with typical Jack In The Box food. the facility, staff, food and price were in line with every other Jack in the Box. As such, it gets the normal fast food rating of three. Meh. read more

Poor example of employee control. Even the manager found time to just chat with friends instead of taking care of customers. Service seems to have slipped in the last few months, as I usually stop in when passing through, which is every two weeks. read more

This place needs help. Just wanted something quick to get back on the road. Ordered the Jalapeno poppers and nuggets for my grand child. The order taker kept saying she couldn't hear me so we muddled through the order. The screen was correct.
