All I got was a tortilla with beans & cheese. As our order was to go I didn't go back to correct it. Next time I'll just order meat. Their salsas were excellent-we got both green & red. They juice their own carrots for fresh juice which my husband loves. I got strawberry agua Fresca. I asked for some limes to brighten it up and though I know that's not authentic, they obliged me and I liked it better that way. I'm sure we will be back. I'm not going to hold them responsible for my taco as I don't think I made myself clear and it was kind of a weird request. I just wasn't in the mood for meat. P.S. I would much rather pay an honest price for my meal than have little fees added to the bill afterward. It feels cheap and completely out of place at a restaurant trying to present itself as upscale. But that isn't what really bothered me. My wife ordered from the kids menu because she simply does not eat a full-sized meal and doesn't like wasting food. The menu we were given did not state that it was restricted to children 12 and under. Instead of simply handling the request politely, our waiter called her out for ordering from the children's menu. I explained that she wasn't trying to save a few dollars -- she just didn't want to waste food. His response was essentially a snarky, "Sorry, not allowed." Seriously, who cares? If the restaurant has a policy, fine. Politely explain it. What isn't fine is making a paying customer feel embarrassed or as though she is trying to pull something over on the restaurant. That was the part that ruined the experience for me. Restaurants sometimes seem to forget that hospitality is actually part of the business. Customers aren't an inconvenience to be managed. We are the reason the doors are open in the first place. We drove all the way out to the Washington coast, were dining as a group of eight, and were perfectly prepared to spend money and leave a 20% gratuity. Instead, my wife was made to feel uncomfortable over something as ridiculous as ordering a smaller portion of food. Koko's can keep the upscale image, the automatic gratuity, the extra service fee, and the attitude. There are far too many restaurants that understand what hospitality means for me to spend my money somewhere that doesn't. I won't be back, and I certainly won't recommend Koko's to friends or family.

The managers are rude and absolutely insane!!!!! I would never eat here because you can see from the window that it's filthy, all the employees besides a few new ones that come and go after a few days, are all drug addicts just like the managers!!!! Someone who works there informed me that the kitchen is filthy, and most of the equipment is broken. Every time I go here to pick up an order for a customer, I have to wait an unreasonable amount of time only to get the wrong order, and every time I see the manager she is giving someone the wrong order, or something is missing, she cusses and runs back and forth constantly forgetting items, accepts no blame, and insists that the orders are right "because she knows her job!" This lady went ballistic because I asked her if all of my customers items were in the SEALED bag. She apparently doesn't appreciate a black man questioning her!! It's my job to ask, because I cannot open the sealed bag!!! She insisted that if she sealed the bag then it's right!!! And of course she knows her job!!!! She proceeded to cuss me out and threatened to get me fired from my delivery job, DARED me to report her, aggressively pointing to the number on the wall, then screamed out "bye BITCH " as I was pulling off! I was furious to say the least!!!! I called the police, they told me it's not a crime, she can call me whatever she likes. Freedom of speech! I called jack in the box corporate, they just pass it to a guy who does absolutely nothing except inform the manager of what I said and offered me a free combo meal! Last night I tried to pick up another order for a customer and the manager brought out the wrong order AGAIN, I politely handed it back to her, and told her what the correct order was, and guess what? She went crazy again!!!! Told me this would be my last pickup from there, I told her it is literally my job to ask if the items are all there, and she insisted again that she always get the order right ( as she carried away the wrong order that she just brought out to me) I tried to apologize for peace sake, she rushed back in the store, called the police, as she bent over and invited me to kiss her ASS, while some little Caucasian gangbanger with tattoos on his face came out to stare me down at her side, as other employees were inside flipping me off!!! All I wanted was the rest of my customers order!!! The police came and trespassed me on her request, and said I'll be arrested if I come on the property!!! This racist dope fiend madness has got to stop!!! There are sick people inside handling food, the drug addicted managers are completely incompetent as well as racist and dishonest. This is the most crack headed, diseased restaurant in the area. There was a woman manager who spoke to my fiancé as though he was a child. He was working Door Dash and this isn't the 1st time he had a run in with her, but it's the second time! He asked her per his job, is everything in the order? She responded I know my Job and the order is sealed so it's right! Well, it was wrong! He called her back to get the correct items and she abruptly grab the bag! She went on to say, u complained about me last time and called the cops on me ( this is how hostile she was), and she continued, now I'm going to call the cops on you. He said ma'am, I'm just trying to get it right, I apologize, I just want to get the customer's meal, she went inside, lock the door told him to kiss her ass, as the other employees gave him the middle finger. She even called him a Bitch! The cops were called and they banned him from coming to the restaurant. How was that his fault??? He was not hostile of threatening in any way! On top of that, we know for facts they have an employee working there with herpes on his mouth which he loves to touch and NOT wash his hands.. this guy also has psoriasis falling off of him at every move.. We called the higher ups, they did NOTHING! Except tell her word for word what he reported to them. Be careful eating there as well as don't have a conflict with ur order! You will get cursed out and abused.. there are no real managers governing this location. It's dirty from the employees to the restaurant itself!! Didn't Jack n the Box have issues back in the day?
