Good morning my vehicle was in for service after a lady made a left-hand turn right in front of me I own a 2025 Dodge ram my truck sits up so high. I only had front in damage by being a 2025, They had all the parts!!!!!!! I was recommended to go to Jack Demmer from progressive auto insurance. They did a phenomenal job Deana , Tyler with Progressive Donna and several more. I had one lady to listen to my complaints and me crying about my truck at least 25 minutes MY INSURANCE OMG MY INSURANCE I'm not for sure of her name, but I want to say Linda, (Deana right hand) but you know who you are. Thank you Jack Dimmer for helping me!!!!!!! My vehicle was back in my possession before 30 days. It was clean I mean super clean when I say I drive and leave EVERYTHING FROM SHOES UNIFORMS AND EXC in there you will find it............ I work hard play hard hustle hard that vehicle takes a lot of bumps and bruises. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any repair shop. After a minor accident, my insurance sent my car here. The damage was small -- just dents on the rear bumper and trunk. It should have been a simple repair, maybe a week at most. Instead, they kept my car for a full month and gave it back in a much worse condition. When I picked it up, I was shocked: there was a cobweb inside the car, the steering wheel and roof were scratched, and there were multiple stains inside that looked like coffee. The next day, during a simple oil change at my trusted mechanic, I discovered even more problems -- new dents on the body that weren't there before, and missing bolts on the rods connected to the rear wheels. This is not just bad service -- it's careless, irresponsible, and dangerous. If this shop can't handle basic repairs without damaging the car further, they have no right to be in business. I would never trust them again and strongly warn anyone against going here. read more

I had an accident and my insurance company suggested them. I hadn't actually heard of them before, but since my insurance suggested them, I thought I would go there. Terrific experience! They scheduled me for an estimate and Dan walked me through what the steps would be and gave an estimate on how long it may take. They had me bring in the car when they had the parts in and it was fixed much sooner than expected. They were professional and got the job done much sooner than I would have expected. Making this review over a year after service. My insurance took my car here after someone ran me off the road. Not the best at what they do but they get the job done like almost any other shop. Not the best painters you can see imperfections in the door jams and the paint on the quarter is pealing already. Very slow work. They claim to test drive but they definitely don't. After getting my car back so much was still wrong so I had to take it back and leave it with them for another month just to get it back with different problems that weren't a problem the first time. Example. First time I got it back the alignment was perfect but it had a slight wobble at 60-70mph and the electronic parking brake didn't work. They didn't know how to program the parking brake. I got it back with a worse alignment, still wobbling (they said it didn't wobble when they drove it but it still wobbles till this day) and the driver side headlight was buzzing I would have to smack it to get it to stop. So guess what? Had to take it back again for another month just for the headlight to get replaced and the alignment with the wobble was never addressed I eventually gave up and accepted the car as is. All that being said it's definitely not the worst collision shop around ive definitely seen worse so that's why i give a 3 star and not a 1 star read more

My lincoln mkz was stolen while on vacation. I thought taken it back to the dealership were I purchased the vehicle would be better however. They kept my vehicle over the allotted time the insurance allowed for my rental but GREGG stated to me they would cover everything for the rental so no out-of-pocket expenses for me right? (YEAH RIGHT). GREGG is a fat liar and cost me over three hundred and some odd dollars because of his lie for the rental They are dishonest DO NOT take your vehicle here. I was very bummed about the accident, which was not my fault, and now I would have to deal with the collision center to try and get my baby fixed. I was not looking forward to it and fully expected to lose my afternoon in the process. I could not have been more wrong! Dan Webster was fantastic and a pro in every regard. I was on my way in a loaner car inside of 15 minutes, feeling the warm glow of confidence that everything would be handled right. Demmer has a "track your vehicle" system so that I could check in throughout the repair process and see exactly what was happening! The repair was done on the exact day estimated, and their work was gorgeous. Five stars is all I can give, but I would double it if allowed. read more

TLDR; expect B- work not A+ if you don't care it would be ok. I was in a collision in April in my 7 month old car (not my fault) and through my insurance my car was sent to Jack Demmer Ford. I was glad that they were using a Ford dealer because they should do everything correctly and return my car to factory condition. This was not the case. When I first received the call that my car was done I went to the service center, took one look and refused to take the car. There was a quarter sized chip in the paint as well as multiple locations with scuff marks and swirl marks in the paint from a bad rotary buff Job, totally unacceptable. After they fixed those pant issues I took my car back. After a few weeks of driving it i noticed that the rear door (the one that was repaired) did not close with the same efforts (too high) as it did from the factory and that when they had done door fitment adjustments they had removed the paint on the door bracket. I took my car back to the service center and asked for the door closing efforts and paint flaws to be fixed. They put touch-up paint on the bracket and seemingly ignored the door closing efforts. The vehicle was returned to me. Another couple of weeks later I noticed a rattle in the tailgate when opening and closing, this weekend I began to investigate the issue and found that a bolt was not secured and had come loose in the trim panel of my tailgate, I just reinstalled this myself. I also found that when they reinstalled the bumper they forgot a screw and just left it off instead of replacing it like they should have its a standard Ford Screw so they should have thousands on hand. All in all the repairs were completed but not to the standards of a discerning customer who expected his NEW car to be returned to factory or better. Shop around and find a place that cares about the cars they handle unless quality does not matter to you. read more

Not trustworthy, don't stand behind their word. My car needed driver side repairs after someone hit my car. I took the car in for an insurance estimate for that damage and also requested an additional estimate for removal of a dent that had been there when I purchased the car (obviously the insurance could not cover preexisting damage). I was given an estimate of $300 for that work. I call to get a status update and Larry informs me (via text) that he hadn't been there when the car went to paint so the paint was applied w/o getting the dent out. In his text he said he was truly sorry and that he would have the Paint less dent repair guy come out and take a look and see what he could do "without a charge to you". When I picked up my car today they charged me $300. I remind Larry that he had told me there would be no charge to me and he shows me the invoice from the Paint Less guy as if that is an explanation for him not standing behind his word. Extremely disappointing! Unfortunately, there is no way to test the honesty of a company/worker ahead of time. I will not be recommending this place and I informed my insurance company as well. read more

My experience with Jack Demmer Ford has literally caused me to have anxiety. They are unprofessional, rude and the work was beyond unsatisfactory and to top it off my car is still in need of work. My agony began on August 02, 2019 and to this day I'm still waiting on the remainder of the work to be done. When I took my car on August 2nd they kept it until October because when they initially told me to pick it up it had additional damage on the side door and claimed that the damage was already there Lie. Thank goodness for pictures I then sent the pics in after much debate they reopened my claim and my insurance paid for their damage. Next when I picked up my car in October while driving the struts on the side where was hit was making a loud pounding noise remind you this is the exact same day, no time lapse, I immediately called and Jack Demmer's Collision shop employee- Greg stated the car was driven and there was no noise when they drove it after repair another Lie. After complaining with several calls they asked me to bring the car back and again they had to reopen my claim to get my car fix which leaves me here December 13, 2019 and my car is still not fully prepared. But that's not all here is the icing on the cake, I drover a loner from August-October and upon returning with no incidents I get a call from Greg stating there's damage to the loner and their going to contact my insurance company and file a claim, another Lie. Here me clearly customers do not take a loner car off their lot without walking around and assessing the vehicle for damage prior to signing any paperwork. Jack Demmer Ford Collision is unethical and needs an overhaul in customer service and ethics and not to mention a skilled body shop, this has been the most horrendous experience ever. NEVER again will I ever even think about going to this place for repairs, and I STRONGLY advise others to seriously consider their options before resorting to getting their vehicle serviced here!!! My vehicle was dropped off to Jack Demer on Monday, February 17, 2014 after a hit and run accident. I called on the 18th to make sure they received my vehicle, they had, but didn't receive the AAA info. After 6 attempts and a day and 1/2 wasted, they finally received it. I was given an estimated date of completion of February 28th. I was never contacted, so I called Jack Demer again on Feb. 27th and was told that the engine carrier they ordered was damaged and couldn't be used but another was on the way and my vehicle ready by March 5th. Again, I had not heard anything so I call on March 4th and was told by a lady that my vehicle would be ready by March 5th. About 30 min later I received a call and told they would try and have my vehicle ready by the end of the week, but that he would call me on the 6th. I did not receive a call on the 6th so I called again on March 7th and was told my vehicle was not ready but hope by the afternoon on March 10th. He then continued to explain how he is overloaded with work and is stressed and has been going in early to make up work. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I understand that problems arise and things happen, but this is unacceptable! First of all, think about what could go wrong and base your date of completion off that so you don't have to continually tell your customer that you are incapable of meeting the date you said you would. PLEASE do yourself a favor and not put yourself through the stress and aggravation I have been put through and go someplace, anyplace else! read more

We finally got our truck back after 6 weeks, and immediately discovered shoddy repairs. Seals on the rear driver side door are torn and loose. They don't appear to have been replaced with new ones. Some of the plastic molding on the interior also appears to have been reused instead of replaced and are also loose. Additionally, the driver side air bag light is on, indicating that the air bag is not functioning properly. So now not only are we driving an unsafe and poorly repaired vehicle, we are going to be expected to bring our truck back to Demmer for repairs to the original repairs, and be without our vehicle yet again. Horrible!!!! They took 5 weeks to complete my car! Charged my insurance three times twice after I complained! They called every week extending the time on how long it was going to take to be complete then finally they called and said it was done. WRONG!!! Two huge scratches on the side, the headliner (brand new, had to be ordered) was covered in grease finger prints, the floor board was covered in chocolate milk stains (they charged my insurance $300 to clean). We did not agree to take it back, they gave us a rental as we already turned the insurances rental in, about 3 days later they call us again to come pick it up, the button on the steering wheel fell off, the steering wheel itself wasn't put on correctly, and to top it off the front fender wasn't aligned correctly.
