I didn't even have to pay my deductible, he took care of that fee! So, since I had full coverage and he handled the deductible, I didn't pay one thin dime! And, here is the icing, after I picked up my Kia, I noticed water collecting on my Weather Tec front passenger floor mat. I called Mo up and he said bring it in and let me look. Quick fast, he discovered that some shop dirt/dust got into my AC water drainage hose. Cleared it out and I was on my way 15-20 minutes tops. No "Oh well." Or, "What did you do to it?" Just "Bring it in and let me check it." SERVICE! Needless to say, he has earned a Customer for life. Thank you Mo and Greenfield Collision, my car looks wonderful!

My tires and rims were stolen on Monday, and this is the place my insurance company sent my poor Fusion. As of now, they are still working on my car (it's going to take a week) but the staff was very friendly and helpful thus far. I am not sure of the cost here because my insurance is covering it, but I would definitely give them a call for any bumps, scraps and such. I took my car to J & J Collision the next day (a Saturday), just expecting them to get me a new door, but they far exceeded my expectations. At the time of the accident, my car was essentially three different colors. I had sun damage on the entire front half. Last year, I took it to Lafontaine (where I purchased the car) to repaint the hood. Lafontaine did a terrible job, painting my hood at least 3 shades lighter than it was supposed to be and tried to charge me extra to fix some nonexistent dents in the hood. I took "before" pictures, so I know that there were no dents. I was really impressed with the communication I had with Waled and the rest of the staff. They kept me informed about what was going on with my car, and were very clear about how exactly much I would pay out of pocket to have the sun damaged areas painted. It was absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. It looked brand new and was all one color. The painter was able to blend my hood, sun damaged sides, door and back of the car together seamlessly. I paid extra for it, and it was so worth it. My car actually looks much better than it did before the accident. I highly recommend J & J Collsion.

They think they are a better than you and it is what it is! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! I'm extremely upset with the outcome and how I was treated!
