The prices are reasonable/ competitive for the area, but there are certainly cheaper options if you're getting dry cleaning on a regular basis and are willing to travel outside of bee cave. The location overall is convenient, however, the parking lot is situated on the corner next to light, which is very busy and it can be difficult to get in and out. I brought a linen suit in to be cleaned that I was going to wear at my son's wedding. I told the woman not to put a crease in the pants, I went to pick up and they were the wrong pants and there were stains on the jacket, I came back to pick up and the stain was worse it looked like they put bleach on it and the material was kind of worn and the pants had a CREASE in them! I had to go find another suit the day before my son's wedding!! Talk about stressfull! Now they don't want to reimburse me for the suit. Don't take anything there! check out the reviews! I brought a brand new $150 shirt that had been worn two times to be cleaned. It came back with white marks in the armpits. I brought it back for them to try again and the representative at that tome inspected it and said they would fix. It again came back with white marks in the armpits. The representative said that it was from perspiration it would never come out. I told her I had never experienced this before and she said it was pretty common. I asked for the charge to be refunded and the total actually ended up coming higher than it was previously. When I got home I took a wash rag and wipe down the area in the spot disappeared and has not reappeared. This place doesn't even know how to launder a shirt So I won't be coming here any longer. My favorite cleaners in the ATX! They are a little bit more expensive than other smaller branded establishments, but not by much! I like to give the little guy a chance, but Jack Brown seems to have more to offer than the little dude in this case. Marie here at JB is awesome by the way! They have performed tasks that have seemed impossible to do. I had a HUGE rip in the crotch, and they sewed it to look as if it was literally brand new. I also had a gnarly stain in a pair of white shorts that would NOT come out. They couldn't get it out fully the first time, and they didn't charge me until they got it out. I was pretty impressed with that. I recommend Mr. Jack Brown for sure. read more

I took my son's leather varsity jacket to be dry cleaned prior to senior pictures. Went back 3 times for it. First time I got a call saying item was ready. The next two time I never got a call for pick up. Upon checking the jacket the first time there was red lint all over the black jacket like it was mixed in the wash with other clothing. They said they would sent item back to get fixed but it never did. Basically my son's jacket got ruined. It got stained with red felt lint and the jacket lost it's form. Looks like they washed it in the washing machine and told me it was because the instructions only said to dry clean it and not leather clean. And the label did not state it was leather. I got returned a damaged item. It came back worse than when I had brought it in. Do not bring dry cleaning here. They do not know what they are doing. I will not be using them again. read more

Passable service for run of the mill laundered shirts. Anything more delicate and you learn to appreciate the differences among dry cleaning services. I took in a black wool skirt with faux leather waistband.... it came back safety-pinned to a hanger (fabric left with large holes from the safety pins). Stains are rarely treated properly. I don't know what happened to the Jack Brown Cleaners in Bee Cave but people need to be aware that they ruined my silk top and were rude about it when I questioned it. The shirt almost looked as though they waded it up and dirtied it looking worse than when I brought it in. When I called to complain I got a rude and defensive tone on the phone instead of; "How can I make this right?" Mistakes happen but how a company handles it it truly important, especially when I have been a customer here for over 7 years. read more

Just got a shirt back from the Northland location that had a hole burned through from the inside. When I asked the manager to claim responsibility for doing this he denied and said it was there when I brought it in. After the fact, he has documentation on the receipt in his system but not on the one he gave to me initially. His claim is that I was able to burn a hole, from the inside out, through my shirt with a cigarette ember. Although I questioned the plausibility of that statement, he assured me that must have been what happened. I don't even smoke! On top of that, I asked for medium starch and my sleeves were not even pressed. The starch was there, but no crease. My slacks also had two creases going down each leg on front and back. I have had bad experiences with unpleasant lady at the Jack Brown near campus but thought that was an isolated incident. Apparently not, I will never go back here again. read more

First time using this cleaners and they destroyed my dress, completely destroyed it. . Went to pick it up (No warning, no phone call) and got an "Oops, sorry" for their error. They claimed that they followed the directions on the label. This dress had been dry-cleaned previously without any problem. They still charged me for the other skirt that I had dropped off. Didn't charge me for the destroyed dress but also offered no discount, no phone call. Very poor business practices. read more

AWFUL! I wish I would have read the reviews before returning the dress to be cleaned by them. I took an expensive dress to them and it returned with white stains. According to Roxanna the manager she said Mr. Steve Brown said they would not take responsibility for the stains because the dress enter damaged. Yes I delivered the dress with a small salad dressing stain but I took this item with the understanding that Jack Brown's provides a cleaning service of garments. WRONG. I had taken this dress before with far worst stains and they did a beautiful job of removing them. read more
