Andy is out of this world with his craft, he brings my crazy designs to life and when I ask for something that is impossible he tells me and we readjust. Ryan and Kim are also amazing! Ryan is so gentle and kind. His shaping is awesome! And he's funny! Kim is the sweetest! She will literally give you the shirt off your back! They make that place feel like family. I'm not a big talker but they always make me feel comfortable and like I belong there. Here's some nails Andy and Ryan have done for me :)

I wanted French tips and he did a clear base and they're hideous. I paid $70 and they are absolutely so ugly, i cried about them as soon as i got in the car. Two of my fingers were bleeding from his lack of care, most of them read from either the paint or how rough he was filing, and really they're just hideous. this was the worst experience i have ever had in any nail salon.

The gentleman who did my pedicure and the other man working were both very friendly. The pedicure was good and relaxing with a nice massage. Patrons were not required to wear masks so myself and maybe 40% or so of others were wearing them along with the staff. Color selection is ok but no recognizable polish names. I thankfully brought my own. The pedicure itself was very basic. He didn't get all of the rough skin off the bottom or sides of my feet. He was very rough with the brush on my feet. Massage was better than some but didn't ask if I needed more or less pressure. Paint job looks fine but it's still drying so I won't know more until later. I'd probably come back in a pinch but not when I need a good job.

Today I got the #2 because I wanted something a little extra and I actually got less. While I got 2 light leg massages they didn't touch my feet. Like not anything past my ankles. This has never happened before and I was honestly in too much shock to say anything. I kinda thought the foot massage was half of the point of the service. As someone who works on their feet all day it's what I want more than the polish. I've never had the person who did them today and unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. Total loss of $40.

I have nail polish on the sides of my nails and even on my fingers....don't know how that happened. He was a big zero as far as personality went too. In addition NONE of their tools were in sterilizing solution or individually wrapped in plastic....YUCK!!!! I should have run out the door as soon as I saw that. It's gross, unsanitary and not an inexpensive manicure. Never going back. I also think it is very unprofessional when they speak to each other in Vietnamese or whatever Asian language they speak. I had an appointment and only waited a few minutes before being seated, which I really appreciated. The salon itself is super cute, chic, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I'm very particular and picky when it comes to my nails, especially trying a new place, so I was a little skeptical at first--but Zane completely won me over. She was attentive, took her time, and my nails came out beautifully. One thing I especially loved was that the service didn't feel rushed. She didn't just apply lotion at the end--she actually gave me a real hand and arm massage, which was such a nice touch and definitely a plus! I recently moved to Tennessee and have been looking for a new go-to nail salon, and I'm happy to say I found it. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Zane again!

It's easy to book online for requested services, however they have recently moved to an overbooking strategy. Meaning, if they have 12 pedi chairs it's possible they booked 13 pedis and you would need to wait for the next chair to become available, even if you have a confirmed scheduled appointment. The vibe used to be very relaxed and enjoyable, and always on time/within the timing allotted on their website. These last two experiences my appts were not timely, which had me stressed and running late to my appts after these. The quality and attention to detail was not there, my tech (and other techs around us too) seemed frazzled, distracted, and rushed both of my past two visits. This makes for an unenjoyable experience overall. I'm not sure I will be confident to recommend this spa, going forward.
