I am really simple with my nails. I always get a no chip manicure and regular pedicure. Nothing fancy. The first time I went here the guy that did my pedicure was rude and did the bare minimum. My toe nails smudged right away because he didn't help me put my flip flops on and he didn't put those things between my toes. A different guy did my no chip manicure and he asked if I wanted to cut my nails down and I said yes. I came in with oval nails. He cut them straight across and started shaping them into Square nails. Why are you giving me square nails without asking?! I didn't say anything because I was trying to be nice. And when I left the nails were obviously shaped unevenly and lopsided. However I gave this place a second chance and asked for females this time because males are always less detail oriented. My no chip manicure was fine this time. However the lady that did my pedicure gave me ONE coat of regular nail polish for a LIGHT PINK. In my 25 years of getting my nails done I have never seen someone paint only one coat especially for an off brand light color. My toes and hand are literally a different color because my the color on my toes are less pigmented. Again I didn't say anything because I'm nice and I just decided I wasn't coming back to this place again. When I went to check out the guy charged me the same price for the regular pedicure as a no chip manicure which he obviously upcharged me for. Please do not support this place. Andy is out of this world with his craft, he brings my crazy designs to life and when I ask for something that is impossible he tells me and we readjust. Ryan and Kim are also amazing! Ryan is so gentle and kind. His shaping is awesome! And he's funny! Kim is the sweetest! She will literally give you the shirt off your back! They make that place feel like family. I wanted French tips and he did a clear base and they're hideous. I paid $70 and they are absolutely so ugly, i cried about them as soon as i got in the car. Two of my fingers were bleeding from his lack of care, most of them read from either the paint or how rough he was filing, and really they're just hideous. this was the worst experience i have ever had in any nail salon.

I thankfully brought my own. The pedicure itself was very basic. He didn't get all of the rough skin off the bottom or sides of my feet. He was very rough with the brush on my feet. Massage was better than some but didn't ask if I needed more or less pressure. Paint job looks fine but it's still drying so I won't know more until later. I have been coming here the last several times for gel nails, which Tiffany normally does. Today I came in needing a simple refill. Before sitting down, I specifically showed Jaden my nails and asked if she knew how to do this type of gel. She assured me that she did and immediately seated me. Jaden then told me the existing product should be completely removed because it would be better for my nails. She proceeded to file and drill it off. I watched carefully because I began to question whether she actually knew how to work with the product I was wearing. Once my gel had been removed, Jaden brought out acrylic. I immediately told her that was NOT what I had asked for. I went to the front, pointed to the salon's own chart showing the gel service I wanted, and reminded her that I had specifically asked if she knew how to do it before she ever touched my nails. Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, Jaden became visibly upset, got out of her chair, walked across the salon, and began loudly yelling comments about me in front of the other customers and employees, saying that I had acted "scared" of her because I had been watching her work. I was not scared. I was watching because I was trying to determine whether she knew what she was doing--and unfortunately, she did not know how to perform the service she had assured me she could do. I then had to wait for Tiffany to finish with another client so she could do my nails properly. Tiffany did a good job, as she always has. What makes this even more troubling is that this is the SECOND time this has happened to me at this salon. On a previous visit, another technician also assured me she knew how to do my gel refill, seated me, and then tried to substitute acrylic because she did not actually know how to perform the gel service. To Jaden's credit, at the end of today's appointment she eventually acknowledged, "It's my fault," and apologized. I thanked her and accepted her apology. My issue is simple: if a technician does not know how to perform a particular service, just say so. I would have happily waited for Tiffany. Do not tell a customer you know how to do something, remove the product already on her nails, and then become angry and yell across the salon when the misunderstanding comes to light. After decades of having my nails professionally done, today's behavior was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional salon experiences I have ever had.

I have nail polish on the sides of my nails and even on my fingers....don't know how that happened. He was a big zero as far as personality went too. In addition NONE of their tools were in sterilizing solution or individually wrapped in plastic....YUCK!!!! I should have run out the door as soon as I saw that. It's gross, unsanitary and not an inexpensive manicure. Never going back. I also think it is very unprofessional when they speak to each other in Vietnamese or whatever Asian language they speak.
