Grace Adams did my extensions even though my hair couldn't withstand them. I am now nearly bald and will require a wig to cover up what she did. She refused to grant me any form of refund even when I told her the money would go towards a wig. She has no morals and will take your money in a heartbeat. She also raises her prices without informing you of it first. I am a cancer survivor that has already lost my hair once to chemotherapy. Now, I lost my hair again because of Grace. I will never recover this emotionally. I'm going to need counseling since all of this makes me feel like I cancer all over again. Plus I will have to be put on medication to help grow my hair back. Grace has no remorse for what she did. I am permanently scarred from this, and I'm beyond relieved that she will have to answer to God about this one day. I truly hope J Co. Salon burns to the ground, and I hope Grace rots in hell. Karma will always come back around. Do NOT go to Grace or this salon for any extensions or other services. She talks bad about all of her other clients and lacks professionalism. It's always social hour in this salon with all the hair stylists chatting with each other, cussing, and complaining. They do actually focus solely on you as a client and that's more than likely why I'm in this position today. Grace should lose her cosmetology license all together for her sickening behavior following the situation. She just 20 years old, and I wouldn't trust her for any hair care whatsoever. The master stylist/ owner stated on the website that she trains and educates Grace on all things extensions. She, too, refuses to accept responsibility. Please go somewhere where they will focus on you as a client and can accept responsibility when they've done something wrong. Jasmine's business won't last forever with her running it this way, and she will deserve it if/when it closes. Grace as well since she's an independent contractor. I have included photos of text messages from Grace Adams and owner & "master stylist", Jasmine. This is how they treat other women. Grace and Jasmine humiliated me further by conducting theirselves in this manner. These are meanest, most cruel women I have ever met in all of my 29 years. GOOD JOB J CO.
