The door was locked, and although someone was clearly inside, she refused to come to the door or even ask what I needed. She wouldn't open the door, acknowledge me, or offer any assistance whatsoever. I wasn't asking for a complicated service, just a simple question about taking measurements and the complete lack of basic customer service was shocking. The interaction came across as extremely rude and unprofessional.

When I went to wear a pair, I put them on but absolutely nothing has been done but all of the pins had been taken out. They were unwearable...both pairs. This place is not a place of integrity and I do not recommend using them for 2 reasons....they are untrustworthy and waaaaaaay too expensive.
