We have a time limit at our venue and she was well aware of that, i told her to come and clean up an hr before our set time, but instead she double booked herself that day and came to the venue almost 2 hours late! So i reached out to her and told her she has to pay the fee instead she got upset and started stating weird arguments, like "you guys were 15mins late paying me" it's not my fault she's bad with time management! And on top of that she only wants cash and refused to provide business insurance and told me to tell the venue she was my cousin so they don't ask for insurance! Shady! Will definitely report to bbb! In response to your lies First of all my event was december not october, leaving a review on yelp is not harassment, i spoke to you over the phone asking for your business insurance and YOU told me you dont have one and to tell them you're my cousin so they dont charge you! I found Crystal via yelp and messaged her through her instagram. I was initially nervous about contacting a business that seemed new/with few reviews, but I'm so glad I took the chance! Right away from the initial contact she was prompt and very professional, we had the best experience working with her! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted so I sent her some inspiration photos and she gave me suggestions. She asked what color palette I wanted and for the invite/whatever theme we were having, then sent me back some photos of what she was thinking of doing.
