If you want more sauce, it's there for you on the table in hot or mild varieties. If you must, And I don't see why you would, you can also add Texas Pete's hot sause, which is also there) small cups of appropriately modest flavored Brunswick stew (packed with delicious...uh...Brunswick stew stuff) and sweet, crispy, cole slaw. Fresh Air takes all the headaches out of catering. The catering team always accurately calculates just the right amount of food for the lunches. Delivery is on time. They set it up for us and provide all the plates, cups, cutlery, ice and condiments we need. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the food is delicious! They are located around 10 minutes outside of downtown, and it appeared to be an economically challenged area. It was a little challenging to find at first, because I didn't realize that it was simply a small building where you could order from the walk up window or through the drive-through. According to their hours online, they stay open until 9 PM. When I arrived, the place was closed. I called the phone number on the sign, and there was an out of service message. I was definitely disappointed, because I definitely wanted to try their barbecue. All signs suggested that they are now out of business. Maybe next time...
