Working with this company was not easy. The communication was awful... I never knew when they were coming or going. Some days would be wasted for me because I would be waiting all morning and no one would show. I also never knew what they were needing until the morning they needed it thankfully I had a designer to go get what was needed. I thought everything was going great until the end when everything just got thrown together because it was taking longer than it was supposed to and they had other jobs. This lead to l them having to come back multiple takes to fix things and finish what was in the contract. During the renovations I was also charged an extra $60 for them to make my baseboards the same height after having to lower two because they were too tall for my cabinets. My bathroom started falling apart within months of the remodel. I was told we had a year for them to fix any issues that may rise but it seems they do not abide by that. I contacted Jeff and was told someone would be out within a month but no one showed and I cannot get a call back. It's been 2 months. I am left with strips of grout missing in the shower leading to water getting behind the tiles, toilet that wobbles because the floor is so uneven it cannot be tightened, door that jams because they didn't leave any room for the hinges the lay, tiles put in on the floor and shower that were chipped even though we had extras to use instead, and lastly I had to caulk a ton of places they missed or had to fix. With all that I only wanted the grout and toilet fixed by them. Do not make the mistake I did and get a botched job by Jeff Turi, unless you want to hire someone else to fix it. read more
